Saigon Kitchen offers Thai and Vietnamese food with some of the harder to find dishes. Their food feeds the hot Thai cravings and we return often. The prices are reasonable and the family portion are large. I love their salad rolls and chicken over rice noodles. This is one restaurant on our regular rotation.

PROS: great food, great prices, large variety
CONS: none

The Saigon Kitchen has one of the most impressive menus that I have ever seen. It boasts a large array of both Vietnamese and Thai entrees. In my experience I have found that the Vietnamese food is slightly more delicious, but the Thai food can hold its own. It's a great place to go with friends or family because the entrees are large enough that not everyone needs to order one, as long as everyone is willing to share. I would recommend two entrees for three people, three entrees for four people, and so on. Besides you can always take home what you can't eat and the food still tastes good even when re-heated.

PROS: Reasonable prices, large servings, and speedy service
CONS:

mmmmm....the garden rolls are the best in town! This is my favorite "to go" place. The food is sensible and solid and very consistant.

The Hot and Sour Chicken is my favorite dish in Portland and the soups are wonderful (especially the transparent noodle). Service is prompt and solid, prices are very reasonable.

We were the only customers last night when two friends and I had dinner at Saigon Kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and fast, and our food was great. Vegetarian salad rolls-- very fresh; vermicelli with tofu-- fresh

We eat here pretty often. Good Sweet and Sour chicken and Curry. Not fabulous, but a good meal for a good price and no wait.

I eat here at least twice a week. The yellow curry and pnang curry are my favorites. This is excellent, fantastic food. I always take carry out, so I can't say what it's like to dine inside, but the food is grubbin.

I am offended that the restaurant claims that it is Vietnamese cuisine. The hot and sour soup reminded me of watered down ketchup. Please do not get fooled by the expired "recommended" stickers on the door.
