Allen Brian - Windermere/cronin & Caplin

On a whim, I recently put my house on the market for nowhere near what I thought I could sell it for. Less than 24 hours later, I had two offers for asking price, and I eventually sold it for 10% more than list price. Couldn't have happened without the great folks at Windermere. My agent was Liz and she was fabulous: a great negotiator, very informed, and she got the job done. As long as I'm in the area, I'll use her. Very pleased with the results.
