My sister was in the hospital for a few days since she had surgery. I would call about once a day to see if there were any updates. I was told that I could not call anymore by her nurse since so many other people were calling too. It is not my fault she has friends and family who want to know how she is doing. I feel a family member should be able to call as many times they need to. She and many other nurses there are just very rude.........

When I had my son here it was a very cramped room without a place that my tall husband could fit to sleep. I had a c-section and found that the room had a thermostat that didn't work correctly. When the heat was on it went to 80 degrees, and there was no way to get it stay lower. So I would be boiling hot but would have to page a nurse to turn it down. But since it didn't work It just went to off once it was turned below 80 degrees. So then I would get cold and have to call her back to turn it up again. Then the cycle would start all over again. Really frustrating! Also, not haveing showers in the rooms was a HUGE turn off to me. However, the staff took great care of my son and I medically speaking.

My mother in law had surgery at this hospital. The nurses on her floor where over worked and really showed no compassion to her at all. They didn't notice that she was having an allergic reaction to the meds and didn't call her doctor when it was pointed out to them. I would rather go to a pet hospital then this one.
