I took my wool coat in a few weeks ago. The counter person was super helpful and explained exactly what needed to happen to get it clean (it was very gross and had little fuzz balls). It was immaculate 3 days later! They only charged $15 and I know it took some time because of the bad shape it was in.
PROS: Friendly, inexpensive, quick
CONS: Shared parking lot so it can be hard to find a spot
