The previous reviews are laughable. I have been using this comapny for almost nine years to service my systems in several houses. They are always prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgable. Kevin is a skilled technician and I always appreciate his candor. I've also never had to wait for a part. \r\n\r\nIn this economy, it says something to have a company be around for this many years based on word-of-mouth advertising only! Obviously there are many more people satisfied with them than people who aren't. \r\n\r\nI've checked around btw, $146 an hour covers alot with BHVAC, the other companies charge for incedentals that ad up way beyond what BHVAC's flat rate is. Plus the phone is answered 24 hours a day, no answering machine, no wait. it's nice to know asap that you are gonna be taken care of.\r\n\r\nAbsolutely recommend!

Furnace went down on Saturday night - I called them Sunday morning & ended up fixing it within about an hour. Service was fine & the technician was friendly, I don't know what the other people are complaining about.\n\nThe technician went over all of the parts of the furnace with me & even explained some things & parts that I could replace myself. The price was above what I would consider average, but the work was on Sunday, which I assume was weekend rate. I would use them again.

Kevin and his team has always provided great service at an inexpensive rate. I see all this bashing of his company and being in the internet marketing business it makes me wonder if these people were not paid to post negative comments by his competitors. \n\nKevin (the owner) & Nikki have always been polite and fast to react to any issues that I have had. Not to mention Kevin keeps one of the best stocked vans I have ever seen. This is very important cause it means that I do not have to sit in the heat or cold while he runs to get a part which I have had to do with other companies. \n\nSo if your looking for fast, friendly, inexpensive heating and air conditioning repair then I would suggest you give this company a call you wont be sorry.

The person who answers the phone (Nicky might be the name?) is lacking in the social graces. Blames the customer for their scheduling problems and for the mistakes their repair people make. Awful customer service at this place.

Really awful customer service. I will never call them again. Their owner is rude and the manager on the phone is even worse.

Beaverton Heating and AC has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called them to inspect and service our gas furnace and three hours after they left the furnace starting making a very loud hum. They came back out four days later and claimed I needed a new $300 part. After writing a letter to them suggesting that they might have had something to do with the problem and offering to pay the wholesale cost of the part, they sent me a letter that was rude and threatening in nature. Don't call them! There must be a better choice in Beaverton for a heating contractor.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a repair problem with them and after trying to amicably resolve the problem, I received a rude and threatening letter from their manager. Don't call them! There are other heating contractors in Beaverton.

They scheduled a time for the technician to arrive. When he wasn't there within that alotted time, I called them and their scheduler started arguing with me! When the technician arrived (also the owner of the company) even HE started arguing with me! His attitude was, ""Well, sometimes things like this happen. Tough sh!t. We've got enough customers. We could care less about you."" \r\n\r\nWell, I own a company too, and if one of my employees had talked to one of my clients like this, they would be on the unemployment line tomorrow. I told him that too and he said, ""Well, I'll talk to her."" Oh, but at least I got a FREE filter out of the deal for the ""scheduling mix-up."" So, $265 later (for 1.5 hours of work -- yes, that's right $146 an hour), my air works, but I will never use them again and I recommend you don't either. They've got dollar signs in their eyes and that's pretty much all they care about. \r\n\r\nThe caveat is that I do a lot of public speaking about customer service issues and I talk to about 10,000 people a year. I plan to use this as one of the best examples of the worst customer service I've ever received --even after elevating it to the owner, who couldn't have cared less about my complaint. \r\n\r\nSave yourself the heartache, because you certainly won't save any money and they may not even show up. Oh, and if they screw up the scheduling time, it will certainly be your fault. Just thought you should know.
