The Portland Clinic is horrendous!!! After accepting my payment, they dismissed me from the clinic and NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ME!!! I didn't find out until I tried to get my monthly pain prescription refill. Now I am left high and dry (and in significant pain) with no recourse!! All this after I stressed to my doctor not 2 months before that I was terrified of being left on my own to figure out how to deal with this MVA related pain for the rest of my life....and he assured me that wouldn't be the case....THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

The staff was very friendly and the clinic was nice enough, but I felt like I was an annoyance to Dr. Trafficante. He was nice and seemed intelligent, but not thorough. I left feeling like he thought I made my symptoms up and I left with no advice other than take some Ibuprofin. I would have liked for him to at least suggest some possible problems. Overall I feel like it was a waste of money and time.

although i've had some good experiences with prompt service when calling the advice nurse, when i'm actually there i feel as if i'm a sheep being herded around. although they strive for maximum efficiency, i felt it to be cold.
