I went to The Platform Salon for a few years, and only seen Kristen. I was happy with my hair for the first couple years. I had been to many stylists, and was never happy. Kristen WAS the whole package (great style, cut and color). We had become close friends, or so I thought. I even referred a few friends to her and family members.
My hair usually took a few hours to do, and Kristen and I both talked about many personal things during this time. My sister went to see her a couple months ago, and she came back, upset becuase of the things Kristen said about me. She told my sister everything we have ever talked about, not to mention told her I looked like a "wh*re". She said awful things about me.I knew it had to be true, because these were things I only told Kristen. I was stunned,. and shocked to be honest. If I would have known this, I would have never spent my hard earned money on her.
I know I should have seen it coming, though. There were things she was getting into that were scary, athough I want to say it in a public forum I will not.
She lost two good customers that day, my sister and I both. She also caused problems between me and family. Still do not know why she did this, but she did it while on the job, doing my sisters hair. VERY unprofessional.
She is a good hairstylist. Just do not tell her anything you would not want people to know. Even if she tells you stuff about her, she will tell it. I still cringe when I think about how nice she was in my face, and how she betrayed me behind my back, all while on the job.
I have found a good replacement, though. Just warning others.
