I recently went looking for a flower girl dress for my daughter for our wedding. They have the best selection and the best prices. I looked online and dresses were like $100! But not at Lil britches. I found her dress for $50. I also ended up buying her easter dress there for less than a dress at Target. If you haven't checked it out you should. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Lil Britches is a great store if you are looking to break the bank! I will admit that there stuff is adorable though, so when I decided to go there and splurge a little bit on a friends baby shower I wished I hadn't after the way I was treated! I had gone up to pay, and my visa was denied to my surprise. (It happens to the best of us though right?) So when I asked if I could just write her a check the lady working there rudely informed me that they DO NOT take checks from people who' s credit cards are denied! Mean while I had two people waiting in line behind me and I was HUMILIATED! I just thought it could have been handled and worded a better way.

This shop tries to sell dance shoes. They have a wonderful childrens' clothing section, toys & gifts. They should however, stay out of the dance shoe business as they're not trained in the proper fit of dance shoes nor to sell the correct type of shoes for the student's particular dance class. I went there & got shoes for my granddaughter and unknowingly let her play in them before her dance lessons started. When I got to the dance class for the 1st day, what I'd been sold were the wrong style, color and not the best fit according to the teacher. But, of course, it was too late to return them because they'd been worn.
So, buy everything else there but stay away from the dance shoes.

I recently purchased my daughters adorable, well made, and affordable dresses from Lil Britches. This is a little boutique with a variety of childrens brand clothing and some shoes. It is a nice alternative to the standard clothings items thaqt are carried at the surrounding department stores. Would recommend checking them out if you are looking for childrens formal wear for a special occasion.

This store has beautiful formal clothing for children at reasonable prices. They also have lots of BT Kids and LIL Jellybean clothing which are a little overpriced but still very cute. I have meant friendlier staff elsewhere but it is a nice store.
PROS: Large selection of formal wear at great prices
CONS: Staff could be a little nicer
