Truly, this place is a joke. The people are rude, the prices are high, and the selection is marginal at best. There is absolutely nothing there that you can't get on line and most of the stuff is reproduction of crap quality. If you have the time then find it on ebay because even with the overpriced shipping costs it is still cheaper than Aloha. If you need it now, then go to Andy & Bax, not much better, but at least there is a better selection. Otherwise, enter at your own risk and you have no one to blame but yourself.

THIS STORE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND THEY SELL FAULTY EQUIPMENT WITH NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY!! Im a army soldier that had training to do at the coast in november, and i really needed to get some rain gear. No one else had my size so i was told to try the crap hole. They sold me a pair of rain paints for 90 dollars and the second i put them on the zipper snapped, and sold me a jacket for 114 dollars that was supposed to be a large but 2 large people can fit in it and zip it up. when i called and asked if he could return them he pretty much told me to screw off that he has a no return policy that was not told to me until after i bought them and it was on my reciept. So 214 dollars later i got screwed. If this is how he treats soldiers i can only imagine how he treats all people. I strongly suggest that if you have to go to a surplus store andy and bax in portland is amazing and there is a used surplus store in boring that sells stuff for 3 times less then he charges..

Smells like a surplus store, and has an okay selection of clothing and gear, as well as memorabilia (patches and the like). Less camping gear than I needed, more repros than authentic. Like all surplus, prices going higher.

I was disappointed in the meager selection of surplus they had as well as the high prices. When I priced items I discovered I can get most of the items I was interested in for about half that price at SGT Gators.

If you are looking to buy military issue items, hunting gear, outdoor gear or paintball supplies, then Aloha Surplus is the place to go. Many of these items are hard to find and surplus stores are few and far between. Aloha surplus packs a great deal of items into it's small location and have an impressive inventory. They also refill cannisters for paintball guns. The store does have a bit of a musty smell, but it is still worth the trip. Easy access from TV highway also!

PROS: Great inventory of hard to find items
CONS: Store smells musty.
