What a horrible experience. There are fields of work, where details do not matter. Funeral services, is not one of them. Details are EVERYTHING. When my loved one first passed and our family went to the office, Bob, the owner, droned on and on about how great he was and what he had done since he bought the place, and his rankings in the Kfalls funeral business. He rambled on about work he claimed to have done on the cemetery, none of which was evident. We were not there to get updated on HIS accomplishments and positive view of his own self, we were there to arrange the burial and services for our loved one. He was so busy patting himself on the back, he uttered not one word of condolence or care about our deceased family member. Arrogant, insensitive, and disconnected, do not begin to describe this guy. The obituary (that we had written, free of errors) on the front of her guestbook, was transcribed by what appeared to be a 2nd grader. There were 10+ spelling and grammar errors in one short paragraph. Inexcusable. After one of our family members edited the mess, they corrected it. Should WE have to teach the staff how to spell? The DVD was well done, but left out some pictures we gave them. Why? They froze the flowers in the cooler or the car the night before the service, so they were dead and drooping for the service. Inexcusable. The kid who arrived with the casket on the morning of, arrived in a reflective work jacket COVERED in grease, rubbing and brushing against the WHITE casket. I would have expected such a person to be well dressed and respectful. Nope. At the burial, the crew placed the casket in the WRONG crypt in the mausoleum. (one owned by another family member). Inexcusable. The roads around the cemetery are pot holed and neglected. The mausoleum is literally falling apart, with cracks in the outer ceiling soffit, 30 year old carpet, a musty stench, filthy windows, and other disrepair. These things could maybe be excused if the general attitude from the owner and staff was not one of arrogance and disregard. There was one exception, and her name was Brittany. She was genuine, caring, and very upset at the mistakes/oversights/screwups. She told one member of our family that she cried at home throughout the weekend, and I believe her. She was professional and would be well served to go work for a truly professional company. We are not stuckup snobby people, expecting perfection. We just thought maybe Eternal Hills and especially its owner, should give a damn. If the owner is this poor at his job, and just doesn t care, his employees are certain to be poor at theirs and not care either. When you lose a loved one and are grieving, the last thing you want to deal with is a careless, arrogant, unprofessional funeral services company, like Eternal Hills. Steer clear.

This place was horrible! For the amount of money it cost my family I would have at least thought they could return a simple phone call. Purchased a head stone in OCTOBER and it was just installed TODAY! After it was promised it would be

I could not believe how rude and inconsiderate Tim and Ellie were to myself and my wife in our time of grief. They repeatedly lied to us and mishandled ALL the arrangements. They caused SO MUCH PAIN and ruined the memorial, They even lied

Timm is a very caring and attentive funeral director. He pays attention to the details and is very sensitive to the families wishes, balancing the personalities of all the family members. Coordinating every detail from casket, memory cards, receiving flowers at the church, providing a guest book, and taking special care of our loved one - all while broaching that sensitive issue of the fee. Eternal Hills is the final resting place of my grandparents, parents, and nephew among many friends over the years. I'm glad we had Eternal HIlls during so many difficult times.
