This company employs a tow truck company to hide across the street from their gigantic parking lot and tow anyone who uses their parking lot after hours. It costs about $250 dollars to get your car out of impound, and I was informed by the towing company that some of this money is shared with the W L May Co as profit. Rather than post signs warning of this or asking people not to use their parking lot (which is ALWAYS empty at night anyways) they would rather exploit anyone who mistakenly parks in their parking lot. from reading the other reviews of their poor customer service, one might assume that they are trying to make money any way they can. Do not support them.

After purchasing a $1900 range, I was told it would be delivered in three days. It arrived 16 days later. The communication about it's arrival time was minimal, and every time I called the associate (Trisha) was either away from her phone or out to lunch. I was told delivery would be taken care of for free, but, when the stove arrived, I was called and told I could pick it up myself, or be charged for delivery. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The sales associates act as though they have the best deals and nobody else sells the same product, but their prices are comparable to other businesses, and the customer service is horrible. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere, to a business that is not dishonest and appreciates its customers.

I needed a simple dryer part...they were great on the phone when I called to see if they had it (said it didnt matter what brand I had, they were all the same). They were extremely slow when I got there (should have been in and out) and rude when they gave me the obviously wrong part) in the store and I pointed it out it was for a range not a dryer! Then still sent me away with the wrong part. When I had to make another trip (wasting my time) to return the part I was questioned on whether I used it, had to wait a week for the refund AND was charged a 20% ""restock"" charge. Obviously not going back again...got the RIGHT part the first time at Reliable Parts up the street.
