Tough Tasteless Steak 2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

Went to Bill's 3 times. First time we had good burgers, big and tasty. Second time we went early evening and sat in the bar for a beer, planning to order food for take-out. The bartender was pleasant, we were served our beers. Then a waitress or hostess from the restaurant side came over and loaded up the juke box with urban bass ridden music and it was played extremely loud. We watched as paying customers finished their drinks and left. We left without ordering food. The third time we went back during lunch and sat on the restaurant side. I ordered the steak sandwich special. The steak was small, cooked on a flat grill, tough, overcooked and tasteless. It was not a sandwich, came with one piece of toast that squirted margarine flavor when you bit into it. The mashed potatoes were watery and drowned in dark brown fake-tasting gravy. Won't be back again.

Pros: good burger
Cons: bad steaks, atmosphere
