The staff was great and knowledgeable.
We took all three kids in there and bought them their Gary Fischer bikes. The staff was very patient while we spent time picking out just the right bike for each child. The staff had great recommendation and suggestions that helped make the process even easier on us.

I've brought my bike here numerous times, whether for a flat or other service need. The staff sometimes consists of high school students from across the street learning to work in a bike shop. I think that's a great concept--they are always so friendly and wiling to help!

This bike shop is the essential store for Eugene, a bike riding community that has several bike trails. They have all kinds of bikes including the expensive road bikes to the popular mountain and cruising bikes. They also have interesting selections like recumbant and electric assist bikes. There is also a rental program including tandem bikes.
