As a whole I love verizon. They gave me a great deal on my phone is the rep was awesome... however when they sent out an update to my phone that completely removed texting they have done a single thing to fix it. Very frustrating when I've been waiting over a month and none of my calls have done anything toward fixing the issue,vplus every person I talked to has a different answer. Very frustrating.

what these stupid impatient people do not understand is that Verizon takes there time in resolving everyone??s issues big or small. you wouldn??t like it if a verizon rep rushed through you and not resolve you problem correctly just to get to the next customer. Most of the time you stupid people can call customer service and get everything taken care of or even on line. you might say they need more staffing well people you have to understand verizon is a business not a charity and just like you don??t live at work neither do there employees. you say they??re unknowledgeable well maybe they would have more time to train if you stupid people would stop going into the store and wasting there time and recourses on simple problems that can be fixed else where(online over the phone) and for the record every time i go in for help they are very knowledgeable if not they find out. Some people think that just because they have service with Verizon they own them, well think again. Verizon has over 80 million customers so go ahead take you $100 a month some where else and maybe we wont have to wait as long in line because of your stupid ass. We must also remember that the people behind the counter are humans just like us trying to make a living not some animal or robot we pay to fix our problems. Ive walked in on customers screaming at Verizon reps, how child like, they think they can get whatever they want my screaming crying and whining. its not verizons fault parents raise children like these who are impatient and whiners. sure go ahead and switch to another provider you all end up spending more time dropping calls and trying to resolve issues that should have never been there in the first place. Bottom line is verizons customer service is awesome and so is there cell service. They been the top provider according to the consumer reports with the most satisfied customers.

Agree with the other posts here. Very long waits. Reminded me of the DMV, except that the DMV has plenty of chairs. Here, obviously bored, tired people leaned on kiosks and sat with the heads in their hands on the few (crowded) ottomans. Some employees seemed to be wandering around "supervising" when they could have been helping people get in and out. I have AT&T for my phones, but wanted to try Verizon for another service. The staff was pleasant and helpful but it took a long time to get helped. AT&T may not be perfect, but the wait times at this Verizon store would not induce me to change.

There's no excuse why I as a customer should have to call 7 times before anyone at the store answers their phone. They are understaffed and the wait times are outrageous. Go with Cricket where at least if you're unhappy you can cancel your service without charge.

This store is the reason I switched to Cingular. After 3 visits to this store (each one having a long wait where I finally left) I got my chance to talk to an employee about their products. The employee did not know much more than your standard brochure when it came to their phone products, nor did they have any recommendations for a person on a budget.

The only upside is that their store was clean. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone in their right mind. Unless you have more knowledge than the employees and a ton of free time, STAY AWAY from this location.

PROS: Clean store, Easy accesable location
CONS: Unknowledgable employees, Long wait times

Everytime we have went to this location the wait for service has been at least 20 minutes! On one particular visit there was an employee at the door with a clipboard taking your name and estimating how long your wait would be, like it was some fine dining restraunt! Give me a break that is absolutely ridiculous, with the amount of money they make of my husbands business they could hire more employees, it is absolutely ridiculous! If you have to deal with verizon I suggest going to there other location which is less than a half mile located on division and eastman next to ross. Less busy!

This place replaced our phone when they place we bought it from wouldn't. Nice staff. We got charged for one thing that was supposed to be free with the phone. Calling verizon took care of it but was a little bit of a hassle.
