This is the best spa in Medford. Very classy. Offer the very best in products. Waxing is almost painless. Very experienced help. Always leave feeling very pampered and relaxed. Parking is not great, but going here for a couple of hours would be worth a 10 mile walk

Medford is very luck to have a spa like this!!! They took me in last minute and treated me spectactular!! I have worked for Aveda for 15 years and didn't tell them, they exceded over and beyond my expectations. Thomas was fabulous, I am a massage therapist and usually can't relax but he was so professional, soothing and experienced, I melted. I will definately return if I am ever in that area again, The whole place is beautiful and calming!!! I tried to steal Thomas and and bring him back to Portland with me. The whole staff was courteous and helpful, especially the one girl up front. We had fun! The owner should be very proud of the salon and the staff!

One of the best colourist in the Rogue Valley is at Gervais ... Jessica Winney. Her custom weaves are drop-dead art.

Cons: Let's face it, the spa is pricey. But you definitely get what you pay for.
Always treated like a Queen. The only thing I don't like is it is not very private. You have a lot of the salon sound, and you have to walk by in plain view of the doors to the shower or restroom from the treatment rooms. Other wise it would be my favirote place to go.
