This place is a dump. I only go here because it's free through my employer and close by. In the summer the cardio room is an oven. Endless complaining about the lack of AC from multiple patrons only got them to buy two fans (for about 25 stations). There are only four elliptical machines. The whole gym looks like it was crammed into an old office building. The personal training space is microscopic. Go to any other gym, if you really want to enjoy your workouts and get anything done.

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: cramped, hot cardio room, tiny personal training area

I think this is an excellent facility with a soccer-plex, indoor basketball court, four racquetball courts, a swimming pool, hot tub, upstairs cardio area, and small area for weightlifting downstairs. I wish the weightlifting equipment was a little more extensive, but they do well for being a Sports Center. The nearest Bally's that has mostly weightlifting is the one off Scholl's Ferry.

Pros: Variety in activities, Within a mile of home, Not crowded

Cons: More wghtlft. equip.
