Very good service. Friendly attentive and helpful. I have always had a good experience in this place. The guy who owns it is Ken who takes his customers seriously but has a great sense of humor. It's an enjoyable experience. No problems.

I am very happy with the service I received at Peninsula Station Mailbox. I have used them in the past over the years. I had to mail a large box that had breakable items in it including seashells that all arrived intact! Excellent job

I came in at 10 minutes to close and the owner Ken not only let me spend an hour getting all my paperwork in order for my visa application including using his personal computer to print out doucments. I'm so glad I live in St. John's and we have businesses like this. I know I wouldn't have gotten the same services at Kinkos.

Pros: Customer Service, FedEx service

Cons: hours

This is a wonderful place. Ken, the owner, is usually there himself. It has always been a pleasure to deal with him, and on various occasions he has gone out of his way to give me above-and-beyond service. I've never had a problem there. And there's a really nice small-town feel to the place as well.

This is the place to go for personal service, to be treated professionally with a down home feel. I have been doing business with this establishment for 12 years. I've tried other business' because they may have been closer in distance or more convienient to drive to however I stay loyal to this small business.
I speak highly of the assistance that is given by the owner Ken and his small staff . I must also mention the joyvial atmosphere that is always in the air.
If you want to be treated like a number, with no smiles, or by someone that is only there to collect a paycheck (we've all experienced those kind of people) you'll need to go to one of those other places.
At Peninsula station you will be welcomed by happy, experienced, helpful individuals.
I am sorry for the last reviews mishap. However it sounds to me like a personal conflict. It also sounds like there are many people that could be responsible for the mix-up, including the person writing the review.
In closing, Peninsula Station always has fresh JELLY BEANS !!!!!!!!!!

Pros: parking good, quality service, good prices

Cons: none

This business is incredibly unprofessional. I sent two time-sensitive packages through Peninsula Station - one, an important legal document, that was returned to me by the post office two days later b/c the Peninsula Station forgot to put postage on it, and the other a set of drawings that were not packaged correctly (even though I paid extra for this service) b/c two weeks later, when my client still had not received them, I checked UPS tracking and learned that the "merchandise was missing." When I called the owner of the PS to inquire, he put me on hold, found a UPS notification letter that he'd received a week and a half earlier and said, "oh, yeah, here's a notice ...." The most aggravating thing about this is that he hasn't take any measures to rectify the problem. The drawings I sent were insured, yet a month later he has still not filed a claim to UPS. Instead, he told me he "might get to it today" and to check back in a week. I have never complained about any business on City Search, but this place has left such a bad impression on me that I feel the need to alert others so that they do not have to go through the same experience.
