We're locals and had heard that Gallucci's wasn't very good so I wanted to give them a chance...the bad reviews were spot on. Not only was the crust super greasy, but they used hamburger instead of sausage on the pizza. Hardly any spices noticeable at all. I understand holding off on the garlic a little bit but not completely. We'll never go back no matter what. It was also a LOT more expensive than most places in town. I'd give it zero stars if I could but this site won't let you. Go to Neill's on the other side of town.

Just recently, my family and I stopped by Gallucci's for lunch before heading back home from a great weekend getaway at the Coast. We ordered a pizza and what I thought was the salad bar. My son, who wanted the salad bar, thought it was all you can eat and started with about 3 tablespoons of jello and went back for a some salad. He was stopped by the manager and told him that we had only paid for a one time trip to the salad bar, so I went back to the counter to pay the additional amount. It came to almost $9.00 for the all you can eat but tiny basic salad bar. I asked my son if he was planning on eating a lot of salad and he said he only planned a light serving, so I went back to the counter and informed the server that we had decided against the salad bar. It seemed pricey for what you get. To my surprise, he immediately became defensive and rudely responded that he had made it clear at the time of the order, that we had originally paid for a small salad only and not the bar. My husband was the one who paid, not me. What should have been the end of story continued when he rudely told me that I should have paid attention; in those exact words and in the most belligerent tone which caught me completely off guard. I replied that I would never return to the establishment. As I walked away, I heard him say behind his breath, but loud enough for me to hear "Good riddance!" I could not believe my ears so I turned around asked who owned the place. In the most sarcastic tone he told me that he was the manager and his uncle was the owner.
Like most people, every once in a while I've come across less than desired customer service, but this place wins the prize for blatant rudeness.
Good thing most people in general are great to deal with. You would think that in this economy with so many businesses closing, a business owner would do their best to remain profitable. Word of mouth is still king, and horrendous service will never make up for a good product.

We had two families in our party thus order 140 and 141. Order 140 was ready in 25 minutes. The other family had completely eaten their pizza by the time 141 was done. 48 minutes had passed since the time of order. The pizza was delicious...the service sucks. It will be out of total desperation that I ever spend $$ at this place again.

We were visiting Lincoln City from out of state. After a very long day of driving, we arrived at our rental house and ordered two large pizzas for the 7 guests at 7:53. At 9:34, I called to inquire about our order. The woman that answered the phone put the manager on. He explained that a new employee was working the phone. She did not realize that they did not deliver to the part of Lincoln City we were located in. She obviously did not write down my phone number correctly either because the manager called my cell phone number but used the local area code. The manager offered nothing but apologies and an offer to remake the pizzas that we would have to pickup. Since half of our party had already gone to bed - too tired and hungry to wait. I declined their offer. Very unacceptable to have untrained front-line staff and then not placate unhappy customers.

Gallucci's Pizzeria is a great place to take the family, it's usually the first place we head after checking into our hotel. There is a small arcade area that is a crowd pleaser as well as multipule TV's to catch up on the latest in sports. We are planning another trip in August and everyone is excited to finally see one of there famous 27" pizzas! Whether we dine in or take out, the family is always pleased.
Plus the JoJo's are seriously addicting!

We had our food delivered to our motel. It was a long wait (about an hour and a half) but it was Saturday night, so we were expecting a delay. The driver forgot part of our order, and we had to call to have him make a second trip. The phone person was helpful.
The prices were pretty high, but that's to be expected in a beach town.
The food was just okay. We ended up throwing half of the pizza away, which surprised me: my family never throws away pizza. I think maybe they didn't love this pizza because the crust was really tough, and the sauce was bland.
I highly recommend the potato jojos, though.

The wait is a little long to get your pizza but is well worth the wait. The pizza was yummy and the chicken strips and potato wedges were excellent. The place looks a little old inside but don't let that fool you. Try out the pizza next time you're in town.
