Black's Dry Cleaners & Laundry

i just called Black's Dry Cleaners to inquire about a stinky traveler's backpack i have-- although they said they couldn't clean it (w/o potentially damaging it's core) the guy who answered the phone did take his time to give me advice on how to clean it by-hand, myself. he wasn't at all irritated when i asked him questions about products & methods.. completely un-rushed and patient, which is totally charming especially considering we surmised he wasn't gaining a new customer from the first minute of the conversation.
i don't know about their work, but the (customer) service end is certainly friendly and accommodating.

I was worried about moving to a new neighborhood since it meant leaving my old dry cleaner behind . (I am stilled scarred from some bad experiences years ago.) So it was with trepidation that I took my items to the closest dry cleaners to my new house. I shouldn't have worried. They are very good and reliable. They managed to get out an oil stain that I thought was going to be permanent. They have a new computerized inventory system which helps them to accurately and quickly tack orders, and are always very friendly and proffessional. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a covered drive through area which makes stopping while it is raining (9 months out of the year) almost a pleasure.
