THIS CLINIC WORKS ITS VETS ON COMMISSION
IT IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL TO RUN A HOSPITAL IN THIS FASHION.
i HAVE BEEN PRESSURED TO RUN TESTS I DID NOT NEED.... AND BEEN THROWN INTO A PANIC BECAUSE THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF UR FEAR AND SADNESS THAT UR PET IS SICK.
DON'T GO THERE....

GO ANYWHERE BUT COMPANION

we had brought our 6 month old kitten in just for a simple procedure to get fixed early one morning , we had gotten a call the night night before to make sure we were there at 8 am. when we had got there it was noisy as all can be and when we walked up to the desk that staff was not as friendly as they could have been, we where sitting there waiting to be seen when we over heard them talking trying to find a cat.we had later found out they had mixed our cat up with another one, when the vet finally came out we did ask her some questions about the procedure and how long we would have to wait about come back and get her and about where she would be staying. the vet seemed verry irritated with us even asking a question and had a slight attitude with every response back. then we came to find out our cat would be sitting in a steel cage for about 5 hours until her procedure started.. when we had came back that evening to get her they had misplaced the shot record we had given them that morning and had not put the flea medication that was asked to be put on her and lastly when we had gotten homewe had realized that had only given us a day and half of medication in stead of the four days worth that was told to be given to her.. The place maybe be cheap but i do not recoomend this place inless you are completely desperate . but know the humane society is there to help get pets fixed

I started at Companion in another city. I had a good experience and moved my animals to this clinic when moving to P-Town. After many good experiences I found out about all the "bad stuff" but MY experience had been good so I continued to go there. That stops today.

Companions prices have continually gone up over the years and their quality of service has gone down. I appreciate the walk-in appts but I do not appreciate being there for over an hour before being seen by a vet. I do not appreciate that they continually try and "sell" procedures to me as they don't seem to appreciate that I am knowledgeable about vet care and have the RIGHT to accept or decline treatment.

My recent experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. Specifically requesting no dis-solvable sutures and then getting them. Requesting no e-collar but when one of my fellow foster moms has to pick-up a dog, being sold one anyways. Not being told that if I wait for my HW test until I get my fosters altered I will SAVE MONEY. Being "pre-charged" for a fecal float with out being told that this is going to happen....

And don't even get me started on their bad, BAD attitudes. I understand they may be under-payed but doesn't MY money help them to earn their paycheck? I will NEVER, under ANY circumstances go there again. Just think about the things I don't know about.... Ugh!

CPC Aloha saved BOTH of my cats. Not even 6 years old yet, the first boy in march had a urinary block and the second boy in July just stopped eating for no reason (I think the heat, but the reason is never known). Dr Lueck treated both of them. Both times, he knew immediately knew what the problem was and what needed to be done and what would make it better. It is never fun having your baby "in the hospital" for two days but the doctor and staff are constantly on the phone with you letting you know what's going on and you may even be able to visit - they let me spend half an hour with one of them the day before we were waiting for a diagnostic ultrasound to be done. ALL of the staff are friendly, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Yara, Magic, Lauren, and Darrel could answer any of my questions, or they could get dr Lueck in a timely fasion if need be. The hours of operation are convenient and they sell all of the prescription foods (Hill's, maker of Science Diet) your dog or cat might need to be on; you can even get them with your Care Credit account. They are reasonably priced and quite delicious! Both of my cats LOVE the prescription foods they are currently supposed to be eating. Any questions about abnormal behavior, call CPC Aloha right away and they will know what may be wrong with your pet. They are not looking to take your money and will help you get Care Credit if you need to. They know exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done! My cats have only lived half the life they should live on this earth and I hope Dr Lueck is still working if they ever need help again.

First off, I'd like to say that Dr. Basham is awesome.
She is the single force that makes that clinic worthwhile. When I had been in and out for several months trying to diagnose my cats' GI problems, she seemed to take it on as a personal challenge - she contacted fellow vets for advice, did research on appropriate diets, made sure to do a *very* complete fecal exam to rule out other causes, and solved the problem. Also, even though my cats are not terribly fond of strangers, they seem somewhat comfortable around her (as comfortable as they can be with someone who is examining them).

That said, most of the other staff have been nice to my cats and I but they don't have her touch.

As for the cons - sometimes it seems like they could clean up much better - visiting in the AM is fine, but in the afternoon and evening, there are tufts of fur everywhere. They would benefit greatly by having a staff member do regular sweeping and sanitizing.

There was also one Dr, I suspect it was Peetz (the only male veterinarian I've seen there) that didn't seem how to approach animals. He picked up my very shy cat without letting her get familiar with him first. She was very scared and squirmed and flew out of his arms. Wish he could have knocked a few bucks off my bill after that one.

Also, this is a walk in clinic only, which means that when it's busy, you may be waiting for quite a while. I see so many impatient people acting rudely to the staff. Be patient with them and they will be nice to you.

One last thing - I know that GI problems can be very hard to diagnose, but it seems I spent so much time there (on the upside, as per their deal, I had many many visits for the cost of one). A few tried to treat the symptoms without doing tests. On my first couple of visits, I brought fecal samples with me, but the doctors manipulated the diet or prescribed something without doing a fecal exam. I know they do this in an effort to save clients money, but it ended up costing more in the end.

Dr.P looked at my rats for about 2mins and told me she was just really vocal, i didn't trust him and took her to midway. She ended up having an upper respiratory infection and she had had it for some time. She died today in my arms, it was horrible. Obviously Dr.P doesn't have a clue about anything. He should have told me so, and not charged me. Go to midway, they have specialists.

DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS HERE! It is just not worth it. This is the WORST CPC I have ever been too. I cannot speak for all CPC's, I can only share my traumatic experience with this clinic and with Dr. Peetz. Please do not learn the hard way like I had to.
I found too many uninformed staff, receptionists who were rude and/or would ignore you, seemingly uneducated vet techs AND vets who cannot answer questions or convey important information. And the head hancho running the clinic, Dr. Larry Peetz, was incredibly unprofessional, egotistical, uncompassionate, and seemed to lack basic knowledge of cat behavior!
The staff failed to inform me of pertinent details (such as no one is at the clinic for over 12 hours, so whats the benefit of my cat staying in their care?), the staff failed to put my kitty in a secure kennel (the latch was broken!), the staff failed to shut ANY doors in the whole clinic, the staff failed to give him any pain management, this all resulted in my kitty escaping from the kennel overnight and lost for 5 days. Thankfully, he was found in the ceiling in a live trap, alive and relatively well.
Meanwhile, Dr. Peetz accused me of not having a good relationship with my cat, attempted to intimidate and belittle me and my situation, tried to put responsibility on my cat for escaping. This is not even the half of it.
If you'd like to read more you can read my full reviews on google and yelp. Though I hope this is one too many bad reveiws to deter you from ever going back there again. If you do, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

The staff is pretty bitchy. They complain about my cat and call him grumpy when I bring him in to get his bandage changed. It's common for animals to be grumpy when strangers are touching their sensitive areas, so there's no need for the attitudes. If they don't want to deal with upset animals, they should get new jobs. Dr. Basham is really great, though.

I always read reviews about many of the purchases I am about to make. Over the years I've read literally 1,000's of review and have knowingly purchased goods and services with poor reviews.

Ive learned that using negative web reviews to guide your decision may really impede your luck. If you dont believe me, try searching reviews about goods or services you've bought in the past. After many great experiences with supposedly bad products Ive concluded that too many "reviewers" seem to be angry at the world and vent their anger at good, legitimate hard working businesses.

While googling my vet to find out when I need to bring in my dog, I see this page of reviews. What a shame for those "reviewers". Im sorry for your luck.

My experience at Companion has been pretty good. The staff is always very nice. Ive seen them handle difficult pets and upset owners with warmth and professionalism. The prices are good and I dont feel upsold or guilted into spending more.

If I had to be critical I would say that the wait time could be improved but every vet Ive been to seems slow. The floors in the patient rooms could be replaced and cleaned up but again most vets in my experience are similar.

So the point is this: Had I read these reviews I may have missed out on a good deal. I would recommend Companion to anyone as a fair and friendy vet that I will continue to visit.

Today (1/15/10), there was no sign of the infamous Dr. Koller. His name is not listed on the licenses hanging in the lobby of 3150 Ne 82nd.

Sincerely,
Sam's Human

Companion in NE Salem told me on 10-5-2009 that a new doctor from Salem has taken over for Dr Koller at the NE 82nd Companion. His name is Dr. Larry Peet. He used to work at the NE Salem Lancaster Drive location. Even though I am not familiar with Dr. Peet, (sp?) I have had exceptional care for all my cats at the Salem location with the other doctors there, (spaying, and small surgeries for 3 cats over 20 years.) Dr. Rally has done most of the work. She allowed me to watch a minor procedure on my cat and was impressed by her knowledge and willingness to inform me as much as a doctor can while performing procedures. Her care was very thorogh. Dr. Mills is also exceptional, he owns that NE Salem location. He treated and diagnosed my 3 cats for years for various things and then assisted me with a peaceful euthanasia of one of my cats.

When I moved to Portland, I did take one cat to Koller at NE 82nd in Portland when he was still at the 82nd Companion, and when I saw how he sterilized the thermometer for taking bowel temperture readings, I was appalled at how he only cleaned it with one wipe and then he stuck the thermometer back into the small lubrication container, this means that in all likiness this is now it was cleaned the last time, and now some other animals fecal matter could be inside my 22 years old cat, compromising her health if he had punctured my cats bowel wall. He used the thermometer to loosen up her compacted feces (common in very old cats) and i was worried the whole time the glass thermometer would break inside her. He should have used a sterilized metal rod for this. Otherwise the office was clean, he was nice, but kinda strange...he acted like an old bitter New York cabdriver, not like a doctor, but he was nice and treated my cat with care, but this could be since I was comforting her the whole time by petting and talking to her.

If you want your pet to die in a short period. Take him to Companion Pet. They are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. The staff is rude and clearly has no love for animals or their jobs. I can hear them bitching as I wait in the room for an exam. That could be YOUR dog or pet they are bitching about.

overcharged me by $10 and when I called to ask that it be credited to my credit card or that I get a check for that amount, was told "well it's only $10. And we don't have the ability to give a refund. You can only get a credit for your next visit. I explained that I live 3 hours from there and won't be coming back.

I had a friend call and ask the owner to call me. I got a call from a guy proclaiming to be a vet and he said he couldn't talk to me about my situation without a file in hand. He said he was the manager. He promised to call back after he got the file. Haven't heard from him yet.

I have been to so many veterinary hospitals, and Companion is by far my favorite!! The staff is so friendly, and sweet, and you can just tell they all genuinely care about animals!! Their prices are so reasonable, it makes it possible for me to afford veterinary for all 8 of my rescued pets, and any others that my come along! I love Companion Pet Clinic, and recommend them to anyone and everyone seeking veterinary care for a pet!!

A few years ago, when I was really broke, I needed my cat neutered. I was really young and didn't know to do research on doctors(or else I would have known). When I got him back he was way over medicated(he couldn't move at all) and completely covered, dripping wet in his own urine(cold urine). He smelled horrible. The ammonia pea smell made my eyes water uncontrollably. The urine was pooled up in his carrier despite the little blanket I had put in there. He had to have been like that for hours and hours for that much urine to accumulate from one cat and to saturate him like that.
Now I've found that this vet Dr. Koller has been convicted of animal cruelty repeatedly since 1977 and had his license suspended in Oregon now too.
It seems everyone I know has a CPC horror story. If you're broke, I've heard the humane society has some services for reasonable prices.
(PS Dove Lewis is bad too and way over-priced as an added kick in the crotch)

I went to this CPC clinic after a very bad experience at another CPC clinic that was owned by another person. I had a good experience and they treated my cat that had picked up a bug during a neuter surgery at the other CPC clinic. They even gave my cat a water pack since he was dehydrated at no-charge. I recommend this clinic just don't take your pet to the CPC clinic in Aloha @ 185th.

I despise everything about companion pet clinics, but when an animal needs to be fixed, it needs to be fixed regardless of your lack of money.

Twice they have failed to put sutures into an animal after a surgery, and once they even argued with me about it, telling me the dog chewed them out in the 10 step walk from the cage to my hand while I watched. "He had them when I took him out of the kennel..."

Anyway. I have a cat going in for a neuter tomorrow. As a precaution, my regular vet agreed to give the cat a checkup after he gets neutered at CPC. (My vet charges over $100, CPC charges $33)

If I had more money, CPC would never lay a finger on any of my animals. CPC offices have nearly killed two of my dogs just through negligence, and another one herniated a cat after a messed-up spay. (no sutures! They said that since the cat would lick them out anyway, sutures weren't necessary!)

I have never used this office specifically before. But, CPC is CPC, and a vet with two revoked licenses still works there.

Good luck, and don't use these clinics unless you are broke as dirt.

Hi have been taking my 3 dogs to Dr Koller for years. I recommend every one I know to go there. A few months ago my dog had an emergency at 2 am in morning. She couldn't breathe and was gasping for air. I took her in to Dove Lewis because if was the only place open that late. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with her and kept doing tests and the bill was getting bigger and bigger. Dove Lewis charged me $300 and didn't fix the problem. We were there all night. Finally I called Dr Koller in the morning on and told him what the symptoms were. He knew right away what was wrong with her and told me to bring her in. He came into clinic on a Sunday when they were closed and it was his day off. He fixed her problem in 30 minutes and the bill was only $130 with medication. Dr Koller truly loves his job and cares for animals.

I have taken my animals to companion pet since moving to Portland in 1989. I have always have had a positive experience with all the vets and staff. On two occasion's they treated my pets even though I had no money. I would go no where else. They even took care of my son's bunny.

Please do not take your pets to this Vet before doing some research. He may have low prices but you can't put a price on the safety of your pets! The vets name is Daniel Koller, DVM and has already lost his Vet license in California twice because of animal cruelty and taking the pet medicine himself! Take a look for yourself, there are MANY sites that will tell you the same information about him but this is just one to help you. http://www.inhumane.org/data/DKoller.htm

I have always had a good experience here. I have two dogs and a cat. They have been treated well everytime we go in. I most appreciate there free recheck within 30 days policy. This encourages you to follow up on your pet's health.

the staff has always been terrific and full of compassion. very gentel with my dogs and have taken excellent care of them. we had a very sick dog that we thought we would have to put down but they kept him over night for 2 nights and he was much better. i thought it would cost an arm and a leg but they were very reasonable. i would highly recommend them to everyone.

I dropped off two rescue cats to be spayed and neutered with instructions to call their two new owners when done. I was told that they would be done Sat morning. They never called either owner on Saturday and now they are closed. The cats have to sit there all day Sunday while they are closed as well. If they even try to charge an overnight stay fee this review will get much worse.

I have been to Companion Pet (on 82nd)before and I have always felt a little weird about my experiences. The staff there has never been very nice, especially the tech that takes the temperature- he is creepy, and they never treat you like a pet owner but more like a bank account. This visit I witnessed them waiting about 45 minutes before bringing this elderly lady's cat out, and when the cat arrived they didn't explain anything to her. She barely knew why her cat had surgery and she was really
confused. They said to "read up on it on the paper work".. then they took her Visa and sent her home. Then it was my turn. I waited almost an hour to be seen, and when I got to the examination room the tech that doesn't talk nor tell you what he is doing with your pet grabbed my cat without warning. Struck me by surprise. I am used to the vets and techs letting me know everything they are doing. Also, about the room. It was filthy. The stainless steel hadn't been cleaned in a while, and I couldn't tell what kind, but there was some kind of dried fluids all over the place, like a squirt of some sorts. I ended up leaving with gross cat hair that wasn't from my cat just from standing in there!
So, seeing the actual vet, whom wasn't very friendly either, he recommended surgery before my cat's blood work to verify her health had even gotten back! I felt really weird about the whole experience and so I talked about it with my friend. I had heard of other weird experiences.. and I went online and researched this place and this is what I found:

under google search Daniel Koller DVM , the owner and doctor for Companion Pet clinic on 82nd, as recently as 2005 he has been battling complaints and law suits where he is sued for, and lost, at least one malpractice suit.. not to mention the countless of other accounts and claims of his abuse and neglect, convicted in the past.

I am broke, but that doesn't mean I don't have a choice. I shouldn't get bad neglectful service because I can't afford to pay a high priced vet... so, I do not recommend them unless its a matter of life or death and you can't wait to save up the extra for a cleaner, nicer pet visit. Check ups are not that much more expensive that these people..

Please do your research. Companion Pet are franchised but Daniel Koller actually started the whole business years ago with a guy that has recently died. Don't support people like him, or people who support him. I found all this information by searching the web. Here are a couple of links in case.

1. I brought my small dog here and i though she had a fractured jaw. the vet looked in her mouth and said that they needed to do a xray to find out what was going on. i said yes, then she came out and said that she needed to sedate her to get the xrays... the price kept going up and up... i told them that i would bring her somewhere else that would take care of her the right way. i then brought her to another vet... and she opened the dogs mouth and told me that she had a piece of raw hide in her back tooth.. i'm sorry but the vet at companion pet clinic should have seen that when she opened the dogs mouth. i was not impressed with this place at all.2. this woman acted like she didn't care about my dog..only about the money she could get out of me.3.the office was clean.4. i walked right in with my dog. that is the only good things i can say about this place

Great service, took excellent care of my dog, Whisper. Because they are cost competitive, I was able to take her in even when my wallet was pretty bare. Very professional. Highly recommend to any pet owner in the Portland area. New Scappoose location will take appointments.

Dr. Basham is the best.

Although Extremely Busy, always on top of it. Thank you. I have had numerous visits w/multiple pets and they have always been there for me. From emergencies to just vaccinations, sometimes the wait can be long but the cost and care is definitely worth it.

If I had my way, these would be the ONLY vet clinics avaliable. They are low cost with high care. We have been going to them for years. All of my animals have been treated by Dr Koler.(Stormy, Lady, Thunder, Truly, Tabby, Cynthia to name a few.) He is the greatest. I even followed them when Bridge City decided it knew better(which it didn't). I wouldn't have anyone else take care of my animals. The staff is friendly and they really care about the animals and the people.

PROS: Excellent price. Excellent service. Dr Koler is the best!!!
CONS: They are 35 miles from me. But I still go!!!

I took my dog Bowzer to get sutured because he got in a fight with another dog. The visit was great the staff was loving and they took care of him quickly at a low cost. They also worked out payment arrangments because I didnt have all the money at the time. Afterwards Bowzer itched out his sutures and we had to take him back the vets didn't charge us a penny to have his ear sutured again. I believe Companion pet clinic is a blessing and they made Bowzers experience less painful. I believe they are all about taking care of the patients. I had previously been to other clinics that wouldn't even see the pet unless I had the money upfront. Thanks Companion.

We went to this vet to get our cat fixed and to have a chip put in and we were really happy with the service here. When we called to schedule an apointment, we didnt have to wait forever to get in. When we arrived they greated us and played with out cat. They talked to us an examined her and then told us when we could come pick her up. We left and as soon as she was done, they called to let us know. The prices here are great and the staff is wonderful.

I received a coupon from the Humane Society, which offered discount prices for neutering/spaying. A list of participating clinics was included on the coupon. I picked this clinic from the list because it was closest to where I lived.

I took my cat to be neutered, and after I went through the entire intake process and my cat was going into his operation, I went to check out with the desk, gave them my coupon to be told, ""Oh we don't take those coupons"". ""Well"" I said, ""You're clinic is named on the coupon, and the coupon doesn't expire for three more months, so why wouldn't you?"" ""Well, we just don't accept them anymore, we've been trying to get our name taken off the coupons, but we haven't had any luck"".

I don't have to go into much detail explaining why this is absurd, unethical and downright fraudulent do I? I wouldn't have even been there if it hadn't have been for the coupon, so basically I got suckered.

I took my dog there for several months, before that I had her with a different vet, she had something that no one really knew what was going on but she would not gain weight in fact she would drop and go into a weak state. The first vet I saw was very argumentative and really snotty to me. I saw another vet and he seemed more workable. My dog seemed to get better with some meds but went into this state again six weeks later, got sick again but in an even weaker state, took her back she was so weak and sick they said, without very expensive test that I cannot afford, they do not know what is happening. I felt she was suffering I asked that they put her to sleep and they would not. This was not something I wanted to do it tore me apart to even ask. I treated her with meds and special foods for a fourth or fifth time. She perked up a bit then got even sicker. Well I took her back an aide came in and told me that one of the staff had offered to adopt her in this way she would get the all the medical help she would need. I said I wanted to think a minute and talk with my son. I called him and he said what ever it takes to help her. I agreed but then the aide hemmed haud around stated she could not take her now due to her circumstances had changed and the other aide could not be reached. then why did they offer in the first place AND in writing? this was within the same hour or two I was there. I asked the girl up front about it and she tore up the contract said that was then not now with a really bad attitude. I asked that they put her to sleep then due to her state they would not agree told me to take her to the humane society if she was still ill the next day and treated me awful I asked for all her paperwork and the girl had attitude when giving it to me. I was so upset as we really did love this animal but could not stand to see what was happening to her. This dog should have had a healthy weight of 40lb and her weight had dropped to 22 lbs so she was nothing but bones and she could not adsorb her food. She got worse through the night diarrhea, throwing up even water, shaking could not stand, and so on it was breaking our hearts, I took her to the humane society they looked at her and her past vet care papers said they could not help and that I was doing the right thing for her at this point she was suffering. Said they could not believe the experience I had with this Companion Pet Clinic. She passed away just before Thanksgiving. Please if your pet has more to be done then shots or a check up do not take them there!

Comments : These people misdiagnosed my beloved junior with a herniated disk. I took him in four times. I saw three different vets. The last guy said the breathing problem was caused by he medication. I was unsure if he had even looked at the file. My dog just got worse. The last time I took him my dog died in the parking lot. I don't even know why. I went a few days later to talk to the vets about what happened. They wouldn't see me without charging me the office fee. Junior was my companion of nine years. A lab mix I expected him to live longer. I am absolutely devastated by this. I don't think there is much communication between the vets. Who you see is haphazard. I just don't think there was enough concern. I am not going to attempt to sue or anything. I think, however, that some responsibility is in order, so that another loved one does not die of what probably was an infection, not a back injury.

After trying a couple of different vets we finally found one that provides, professional, friendly, and inexpensive service. And, without adding on unneccessary services, or charges. Our puppy, Gidget Ann, is like a family member to us, so we were very particular about selecting a vet. On our last visit she was wagging her tail instead of shaking like she did during our visits to other vets. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I have to admit I was leery after reading some of the other posts on here, but they provided service above&beyond my expectations. And, without emptying my wallet! Thanks so much!

I started at Companion in another city. I had a good experience and moved my animals to this clinic when moving to P-Town. After many good experiences I found out about all the ""bad stuff"" but MY experience had been good so I continued to go there. That stops today.

Companions prices have continually gone up over the years and their quality of service has gone down. I appreciate the walk-in appts but I do not appreciate being there for over an hour before being seen by a vet. I do not appreciate that they continually try and ""sell"" procedures to me as they don't seem to appreciate that I am knowledgeable about vet care and have the RIGHT to accept or decline treatment.

Being ""pre-charged"" for a fecal float with out being told that this is going to happen....

And don't even get me started on their bad, BAD attitudes. I understand they may be under-payed but doesn't MY money help them to earn their paycheck? I will NEVER, under ANY circumstances go there again. Just think about the things I don't know about.... Ugh!

Ugh!

.

\r
I found too many uninformed staff, receptionists who were rude and/or would ignore you, seemingly uneducated vet techs AND vets who cannot answer questions or convey important information. And the head hancho running the clinic, Dr. Larry Peetz, was incredibly unprofessional, egotistical, uncompassionate, and seemed to lack basic knowledge of cat behavior!\r
\r
The staff failed to inform me of pertinent details (such as no one is at the clinic for over 12 hours, so whats the benefit of my cat staying in their care?), the staff failed to put my kitty in a secure kennel (the latch was broken!), the staff failed to shut ANY doors in the whole clinic, the staff failed to give him any pain management, this all resulted in my kitty escaping from the kennel overnight and lost for 5 days. Thankfully, he was found in the ceiling in a live trap, alive and relatively well. \r
\r
Meanwhile, Dr. Peetz accused me of not having a good relationship with my cat, attempted to intimidate and belittle me and my situation, tried to put responsibility on my cat for escaping. This is not even the half of it. \r
\r
If you'd like to read more you can read my full reviews on google and yelp. Though I hope this is one too many bad reveiws to deter you from ever going back there again. If you do, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Pros: cheap

Cons: cheap, uneducated/uninformed staff...I could go on and on

.

DO NOT take your pet there. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for! Each vet will tell you something different. I have had two emergencies and foolishly went there. They told me the pets were fine and sent me home. The very next day they died! The vets are not even graduated from Veterinary School! If you go there you are risking your pets life and your pet is worth way more than that place!!

This man have been charged with animal abuse in Oregon and convicted of other crimes in California. His license was suspended in California so seems that he moved to Oregon to keep commiting his crimes.\r
\r
There are countless comments about this man negligence and mental health problems, let alone the way he treats animals and their owners.\r
\r
Do your own research, call the state organization that monitors veterinarians and ask for his record. (Specially California)\r
\r
Better yet, call the attorney who file charges against him in California and Oregon. \r
\r
This man is an animal abuser, there are accusations of stealing dogs, abusing them, making them go throught painfull and unnecessary procedures , disrespecting owners, etc etc\r
\r
If you want to take your kid to a daycare where the owner have been charged with pedophilia, then is either you don't care about the welfare of your child or you just hate your child.\r
\r
Same goes with dogs.
