My last physical therapy was at Kasier and it was abysmal. I was a little skeptical when my massage therapist recommended that I work with New Heights after I was rear-ended a few months ago on the freeway in Chicago.I stand converted. The staff is the epitome of professionalism, and yet they also manage to be congenial and fun. they treat clients and each other with respect and care.The work is gentle and respectfully administered and guided. I actually look forward to my twice weekly sessions, and generally feel considerably better afterwards. I learn something every time.The space is organized, light and quiet. It's restful to be there and the equipment is high-end, best-case scenario for rehab work. I would send my kids here--that's how much confidence I feel in their work. I feel good about supporting such a well-run business.

I found about New Heights last week (thanks Citysearch) and was able to promtly book an appointment the next day. The staff that I worked with were obviously on their 'A' game. I would highly recommend them, even after only going one time.
Pros: Respectful, Good communication, and knowledgable staff
