Initial customer service was excellent the young lady at the counter was helpful and recommended hand washing 4 of the 6 show shirts. We looked over each shirt: the rhinestones, soiled areas, blends, etc to determine cleaning needs and pressing concerns and she taped areas needing attention. I was assured hand washing and medium starch would be best on four shirts the other two regular dry cleaning and medium starch, the initial cost of $6.50 was now $8.50 for each shirt. I agreed and arranged pick up in two days time. The shirts where picked up and when I went to hang them up at home the unfortunate disaster hidden under the plastic protective bag was revealed. One shirt had a fresh 1/2 inch tear on the outer upper sleeve, this shirt was cleaned but not starched. Another shirt was starched but not washed at all. Another three shirts had missing rhinestones, silver specks ? Glue, dirt, black marks and very poorly pressed. Only one of the shirts was clean and pressed correctly. I called ABC Cleaners and asked whom to speak with and was advised to come in and speak to the manager. 30 minutes later I experienced the WORST customer service of a lifetime. I brought in the shirts and a young gal translated my concerns to a seamstress sitting a few feet away who shook her head multiple times and eventually got up looked briefly at the shirts and shook her head again. The young gal said there was nothing to be done. I pointed out the soiled areas, the tear and poor pressing... The young gal then went in the back and an older man emerged with hands in the air "not here, we check 5 times, no clean, not here..." Then motioned for me to go. I asked for the managers name, they refused, I asked for a refund, they refused, I asked how torn shirt could be fixed... Suddenly everyone was gone except seamstress so I took her picture to document who was involved with attempted customer service concern reconciliation, then she suddenly acknowledged me and spoke excellent English. I have had hundreds of items dry cleaned and understand things can be damaged or stains missed but for a company to refuse any responsibility and not offer any type of correction and pretend not to speak English. The lack of integrity was astounding.

This a great dry cleaners. The prices are reasonable and they are fairly quick. I have been in a pinch to have something cleaned at last minute and they got it done without any extra charges. I have never had any problems with damage to my clothes.
