What comes to mind when you hear the words; ??World Class Customer Service?? While I may not be able to claim ??World Class?? (for the world is a giant place), I can confidently say without any reservation that we are committed to listening to our customers, then to do all that we can in training, trending, processing, re processing and re training to offer one of the best experiences a car consumer could have! From the moment you step foot onto our dealership, you can sense something different. Weather you are here to buy a new car, or to get your existing one into the service department? you are welcomed! We??re glad you are here?elated to see you! In fact, we would not be here if it were not for you!

Recently, I was reminded of just how fortunate we are when it comes to ??Great Customer Service.?? We do have great customers! Our view is that we appreciate each and every person who gives us ??the chance to earn your business!??. For a long time University Honda has been rated at the top of list in best dealerships all around the nation. We??ve been rated ??Great?? for a while, and YOU, our customer, have made us that way!

Yesterday, I found it my privilege to chat with one of our ??regulars?. I was humbled and nearly came to tears a couple of times by what he had to say. His words were so confident and strong, and honoring to University Honda. I wanted to record what he was saying and play it back for the rest of the employees to hear! By the end of our conversation he had been able to convince me that as far as Corvallis (and even Oregon) is concerned, we have ??World Class Customer Service!? WOW. He went onto say how he had been teaching a business coarse in the area, and used University Honda as an example of ??Exceptional? customer service! Comparing us to other dealers, he went onto say that (and I??m not making this up), ??We have what it takes to serve our community in such a way that folks will not only purchase a vehicle here, but they will also go out of their way to return again and again for the very same exceptional service!? What a statement!

A recent survey from American Honda National Corporation has proven this statement to be true. According to a September 2009 study formed by J.D. Powers and Associates, 96% of customers who purchase a vehicle here return to our service department (and keep returning) for their car needs! What this means is that out of 1380 ish Honda dealers in the country, we are number 25 in customer retention and loyalty! NUMBER 25 ?IN THE NATION!

I am one of the lucky ones who loves to be at work each day, why? I invite you to visit ?hang out for a while?we have great coffee, T.V, WY-FI, some kind of comedy happening every hour, a kind Owner, a great staff, but most importantly, people like you, here to purchase that first car, or used one. Folks who need your car fixed with no tricks! Good honest folks like yourselves who want to be treated ??Exceptionally?. Folks like yourselves looking for that little taste of ??World Class?. I have been a customer of UH for many years. IN all the time I had my Honda serviced there I have never been let down. My work was done on time and correct. The Auto Techs are always available to answer questions. I purchased cars form the dealer also and always felt like I was given a great deal. I would not hesitate to return for another purchase.

Even if I drive a Toyota, I took my car to University Honda for a safety inspection and I was treated very well. They were fast and efficient and had a nice lounge were you could read magazines or watch TV. They even hand-washed the car before I got it back.

I have been taking my car in to University Honda since we moved to Corvallis a year ago. The service technicians are great and my car was always delivered when promised. If you only go in for an oil change and they know you are waiting, it seems as though they are even faster. Which is great when you have 2 little ones running around.

Well, since my car is having small problems I need to take is often for a safety inspection. Even if I have a Toyota, they treated me like their usual Honda customers. They explained what the problems with the car were and offer free advice about my best options to solve the problems. They also washed my car (a welcome free service) and offered a competitive price for the repairs. With a service like this, maybe my next car will be a Honda!
