I have always wanted to go to Scotland but never had the money or means to do so. Here is a great little place that brings the scottish country to you. Great merchandise and awesome owners/employees.

I am one of the co-owners of the Scottish Country Shop. We welcome everyone to visit our store, browse the merchandise, and spend some time with us helping you to discover your heritage and ancestry, be it Scottish, Irish, Welsh, English, Celtic or none of the above!

We recently relocated the shop to the Brooklyn neighborhood in southeast Portland. What a great place!

We will be running weekly sales and specials through the month of December. Sign up for our e-newsletter at our website to receive advance notice of these sales and specials, or just visit the store to see for yourself. Isn't it time for a good old-fashioned Christmas with traditional Christmas plum pudding, tasty whisky fudge, special tree ornaments, a warm and cozy tartan blanket, and a wonderful cuppa some of the finest tea?

We look forward to seeing you soon!

I love just browsing through the Scottish Country Shop. I am not of Scottish descent but do enjoy a bit of history here and there and I have bought some of their woolen things and food items and have been pleased with all my purchases.

In the interest of full disclosure, I work for this shop and I'm not 100% Scottish! Neither are many of the customers. This is America, we are all multicultural and multi-heritaged. No matter *what* your heritage, if you love all things

Pros: Great variety, fair prices, good customer service

Cons: Too far a drive from Kelso, WA

They have corrected the issues so I recant my initial negative review of this shop and once again shop here, Nice job guys.
