If they had negative stars i would give a negative 5 stars. I took my vehicle in to have 3 warranty issues taken care of at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge and they REFUSED to fix the warranty issues. I will NEVER visit this dealership again and I highly recommend anyone else to STAY AWAY. All they want is your money and they do now want to help you at all...especially when it comes to warranty work.

I took my jeep into Northwest Jeep for a oil leak. I was expecting a major bill because another shop told me the rear main seal was leaking and I wanted another shop to look at it. Ian had his mechanic look at it and confirmed what the other shop said. The only thing different was the oil pressure sender was the main leak. Ian told me the rear main was leaking slightly and did not need to be done right now, which is good because I didn't have the money. I got the oil pressure sender done and have not seen a leak on my driveway for a week. I like the truthfulness and the late hours of this shop. Thanks alot guys for the smaller bill, I will be back!!!

I don't even know where to begin, but only wish they had a zero stars option instead of one star. My experience with this dealership has been far, far less than professional. I had my financing already arranged through a Capital One blank check program, and as someone who lives almost a couple hundred miles away my first contact with the dealership was by phone. I wanted to verify they participated in the Capital One program, and although I spoke with multiple people it took a week before anyone could give me a definitive answer - which was yes. During that week I was told by someone in finance that although they participated in the program that they didn't like it very much and considered the 'blank check' worthless because they said they didn't get paid in a timely manner - kind of odd considering the buyer gives them a check. All this aside I still wanted the vehicle I found online and spent another week placing phone calls, not getting call backs, getting call back but without answers to the questions I'd asked, then finally being told that they were holding the vehicle for an out of state buyer who was a really nice lady who needed time to get her financing in order. When is the last time you ever heard of a car dealer holding a car for someone else with no money down when they've got a fully qualified and ready to go buyer? They told me they were holding that vehicle, but could sell me a brand new one for roughly the same price - yeah, right. BS. A week later I checked the web site and craigslist and saw the very same vehicle (not another one, the same exact one) advertised for sale - this time for $1,000 less than before. I called again - waited several hours for a call back, and was told that they had just sold it and that a deserving mother who had never had a nice vehicle before was just driving off. So I listened to the sales persons' (John King, an aspiring Portland politician) excuses and drivel for 20 minutes and he promised that he would like to make it right and that I should look at other Jeeps for sale. I found another Jeep that I liked, and we agreed on a price and he told me to bring a cashiers check if I wanted to pick it up the next day. Since the Capital One blank check was for almost the entire purchase price, I assumed he meant the small balance that was owed should be paid by cashiers check. When I tried to clarify that with him, he told me no - the entire balance and very clearly said he wouldn't take the Capital One financing check. They're listed on the Capital One web site, I verified with Capital One by phone, and even though it took a week I verified it with the dealership. Even with all this crap I was willing to walk away and go to another dealership if this really was their unwritten policy. Until I received a phone call from John King almost immediately after our last conversation - he had hung up because he said he had to go keep an appointment with a customer who was waiting for him. So the phone rings, but it is quickly apparent that he had inadvertently called me on his cell phone and didn't even know we were connected and that I could hear his entire conversation with co-workers. He had no appointment with a customer - he spoke of me to his co-worker in a very demeaning manner in language I will not repeat here, he was complaining about having to stay and work when another one of the employees got to leave early after coming in late, & was complaining about management watching him & checking on him while he was eating. This whole ordeal has put me at least 3 weeks behind in my car buying timeline, I dealt with un-knowledgeable and unprofessional sales staff, was treated unfairly, was jerked around, was talked about badly, and was lied to. I've never written one of these reviews before, and quite frankly have had some less-than-satisfying transactions with other car dealers, but this experience has prompted me to do my best to warn others to stay as far away from Northwest Jeep as possible.

We have purchased three jeeps from NW Jeep in the past 10 years. We have found their service and sales departments customer friendly and we would buy from them again.

Forty something years, we've been ""Ford People"". But, we tow a large RV and found ourselves looking for a Diesel and hopefully better mileage. We found NWJCD and Osita Nwokeduru (OC). What a guy!! We're not sure if we were sold on the Ram 2500, or just OC. His honesty and sense of humor are out of this world and totally unexpected. We dreaded that ""car salesman"" experience when we decided it was time for a new truck. Not with OC. He is about as down to earth as it gets. The service department was wonderful. We wanted running boards and mud flaps. Not a problem for them. In and out all in about four hours. A great experience all around!

Initiated car buying experience via internet. Dealer was
quick to reply with information regarding vehicle and
scheduled test drive. Sales people were knowledgeable
and accommodating. Sales person found similar car for
less money. No games. Just great customer service.
I'll be back to do business with them again.

Thanks

We have purchased 2 vehicles from nwjcd. One about 8 years ago, and one this past weekend. We went car shopping with our 3 children , which is usually a disaster. This weekend it was very smooth, each person we dealt with at nwjcd provided exceptional customer service, were friendly, and really went out of their way to make it a seemless transaction. Thanks for everything!!!

We needed to replaced a totaled car on short notice, we found a really good deal on Craig's List at NW Jeep on a Honda CR-V. Ben Sterrenberg the salesman was very helpful. He did a couple of things above and beyond so the next time I need a car I will call him at NW Jeep.

I did get a good trade in value for my car..HOWEVER , DO NOT buy a used car from this place. My sales lady was totally UNknowledgeable, said she had a car fax and she did and also told me that they go through their used cars and if there is something wrong they would tell the customer....I liked 1 car in particular, i got there to see it, looked pretty nice, my dealer said she had just drove it and it done great and didnt know of anything wrong with this used vehichle. I crawled under it and found alot of problems under neath and puddles of oil under neath. my dealer explained that she had no idea..HOWEVER she said they go through the used vehichles..NOT TRUE Better yet she said but it anyway and just start adding oil until when ever..what a thing for a dealer to say. im sure she would not do this her self...She said anything to make a sell....I did find another used car, high on miles but clean as best as i can tell it was cleaned inside and under neath looked clean.H0wever i found out they gave the under neath a bath and the next day when i got up to drive this truck i know why they washed it. IT was covered in oil under neath and has a bad leak some where. I called and asked about this and i was told by her, my dealer oops i didnt know anything about this..so the truth is,most of their used cars are dirty inside and out, no one really knows the truth about thier used cars, and no one really goes through them at all, and if they do and find a problem they dont tell the customer...sadly i found this out to late...now here goes the money i get to spend to repair oil leaks right off the bat. I did expect some little troubles on a high mileage trade in but be honest..

Great service and kind people at NW Jeep. Everyone was helpful. No one was pushy. We love our new car and really appreciated all the support and follow up we have had since the purchase. We were not looking forward to car shopping but the day turned out to be great. It was a low stress situation and we felt that the sales team was really doing their best to help us get in to the right car for us.

POOR SALES AND GOOD SERVICE. We want to thank the Service Rep, April and Service Manager for working with us to correct and resolve an issue that ought to of been correctly first in order to prevent repeated follow up visits. Both of our Jeeps our serviced by NW Jeep and although not always satisfied by the service, we are impressed and thankful toward the kindness, understanding, and ability to work with us to resolve difficult or troublesome spots. April and the Service Mgr (Teach) were the sole reason, due to kindness, understanding, and ability to come to an acceptable and fair solution in regards to a repair. SOLELY DUE TO TEACH AND APRIL, I decided to purchase a pre-owned 2005 Jeep Grande Cherokee Loredo, trade in my older Jeep, and pay cold hard earned and saved greenbacks in full for the 2005 (new to me) vehicle. Had the experience with the service dept not been so good, I never would of bought the vehicle. ON THAT NOTE: the purchase of the vehicle was not pleasant, disrespectful, unappreciative, and overall terrible. I understand that they may get several folks who walk in and pay (in full) for a vehicle. They seemed to be nice, until I gave them the money. Before paying, I requested that a simple service be performed (ie, change the oil, fix an annoying rattle, and asked for (never offered) a simple snap swivel key ring). They promised me that I would be taken care of and to make me a happy man and that it would be a fun purchase experience. AND that the satellite radio was a nice feature that I don't have to purchase for a year. NONE of these things were as advertised. I am sorry KEN, but the oil was not changed (it is brown), the rattle is driving me insane, and the Sirius satellite radio stopped working after two days. Wait, I am not finished - the snap swivel broke (and I was made to feel as if it were a burden to give me a $7 key chain, which is a nice appreciative thing to had a customer that just purchased a vehicle. I was also handed 2 keys that are broken, and y'all did not even offer to replace one of them. they were wrapped in scotch tape and James Davis told me to,""Drill a hole in it and put a key ring through it, otherwise they are $100 to replace."" What a crock of S^*T !!!!! y'all ought to of provided two fully functional key FOBs, in full practice of customer appreciation. IT IS INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL TO A PAYING CUSTOMER TO PROMISE THEM QUALITY SERVICE AND A FUN PURCHASE EXPERIENCE, THEN GET TREATED LIKE CRAP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY PAY FOR THE VEHICLE. If right of recision is still an option, I am happy to come in and get my cash back and return the vehicle. Then go to a competitor and see how they treat my hard earned and saved money. I understand the purchase was, ""As Is,"" but y'all made promises and commitments prior to purchase that invalidates the term, ""As is."" MR. KING, AND KEN, please take the opportunity to right the wrong, treat a customer with respect and appreciate the business. Your Service Department Manager (Teach), understands the terms business integrity and ethics. Maybe there is something to be learned from him. And I truly apologize if y'all are unaware of the above situation. Now you know about it and have an opportunity to put into practice quality business ethics and integrity. I want nothing more than to change this review to 5 stars and share a bad sale that had a fun and happy ending. Kind regards, Mr. Watters

We've purchased two vehicles at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge - one new and one used. The experience has been great both times, both Shannon and Jim were very helpful and knowledgeable.\r

We also have our business and personal vehicles serviced at the dealership - they are professional and courteous.

Buying from NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge was a very good experience. Jim Goldenpennny is a professional salesman and all around nice guy. He made the buying a new car process pleasant. I went in to buy a truck at the advertised priced and was not mislead or pressured into something else. I got what I wanted at the price that was advertised. I will definitely uses them again. Ask for Jim.

I went to NW Jeep looking for a new Grand Cherokee. I didn't need the top model or the lowest but something int he middle. NW Jeep took care of me and helped me find the model that was right for me. I didn't need things like a tow package or sunroof or bigger rims and they never pressured me into a higher priced or different model. I left happy and paying less than what other dealers could offer. Ask for O.C! He'll take care of you!

Since 2008 when I purchased my Liberty at NW Jeep I have nothing but wonderful service. Lalena Canja is far superior than most service representatives I've dealt with. She is trustworthy, friendly, and has the knowledge that is far beyond anything I expected. The service technicians are first rate and work collabatively with each other.
My last visit was an oil change and within 30 MINUTES I was leaving. I expected to be there for at least 1 hr. Keep up the great work.

I have been taking my Grand Cherokee to NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge for service for about a year following several years at a local repair shop. They have just been great in every area and are a pleasure to deal with. Service Advisor Ron Hollenbeck is first rate and has been incredibly professional. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable (has solved some long-standing problems with my vehicle), remembers me and my car and recommends only the service that is needed. The technicians are first rate and all work together to make sure the work is done well and on time. Prices are very reasonable, they use coupons and they work to makes sure each visit is a good experience for there customer. Based on the ethics of this service department I would want to buy my next car from this dealership. Highly recommended Dont go anywhere else!

Took the PT in for service, Iain was the Service Advisor. the check engine light was on. We also had the oil changed and tires rotated. the ""check engine light"" was merely a glitch and I was not upsold on any unneccesary repairs, I appreciate the integrity.

My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our 96 Voyager we had for 15 years, which served us well, and wanted the same reliability in a maker we could trust. We needed something similar to the Voyager, but with little more comfort, extras and smaller, while keeping the price below 25k. Ricardo at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge helped us accomplish exactly that. His no pressured, friendly and honest approach paid off well, as did the whole staff there. We spent one day looking around and then after deciding, we returned to make a deal. The deal was made, very painless, quick and there was no add this or that to the price tag. They were very honest at the extras and their no pressure approach made us feel that we made the best decision by staying true to the company we have trusted for over 35 years. We tried several other dealer such as KIA, Honda, and Chevy, though some were very helpful, and offered great cars too, they just did not match up to the Journey or the care which Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge provided us. We did have one down right rude, salesman at Beaverton Honda - Sheridan, he was to quick and degrading other dealers made our choice easy... never to return to this dealership! We did like the CR-V, it was our second choice and believe we would have gone with it but the experience was too much in our minds that we were unwilling to give Honda another try. This young man needs to slooow down and let the customer look over the car and humble his self while the customer looks. Thanks Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge!

Buying a new car is exciting, yet often wrought with feelings of doom. Not so at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge!

Yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from these great folks, and the experience couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Our sales associate, Ricardo Hernandez, was amiable, kind and helpful. We never felt pressured or harassed. We visited other dealerships (Jeep, Toyota), and they seemed overly aggressive yet unwilling to offer a good car at a fair price. We got a great deal at NW Jeep, and we are confident the great customer service we received while buying our vehicle will continue for as long as we own it.

Oh...Michelle in the finance department was very sweet, too! Everyone was very nice. And check the local papers for GREAT advertised deals that they will HONOR.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Jim Goldenpenny, my sales rep was very nice & quite helpful. I would definitely go back there in the future for another car purchase.

I brought in my 2009 jeep liberty for service at NW jeep Chrysler Dodge and was so impressed with the customer service I got. One of the issues I was having was that the tire pressure light was turning on inappropriately. We filled all the tires up with air, and the light continued to stay on. This was a problem we had before as well (unfortunately it didn't get fixed the first time I took it in.) BC of this, when the pressure in one of my tires was actually low, I ignored it, thinking it was an error. Well, this ruined the tire as I kept driving on it. I spoke to the manager, Dennis about this, and he was super nice and said he would take care of it, free of cost to me. Ron, the service tech in charge of my jeep, kept me updated everyday on the status of my jeep. Another issue I was having was that the slider roof was leaking when it rained. Not only did they fix the leak, but Ron noticed the water stains it left, and took the initiative to get those cleaned for me as well....and they ended up cleaning the whole inside of my jeep. These are just a couple examples. Ron and Dennis made a frustrating situation (needing to have to fix things already on a new jeep) a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended, will continue to go back for future service needs.

Our household has purchased two jeep products from NWJ over the previous 4 years. We have had several occasions to use the service department at NWJ and have had nothing but incredible experiences there with April.
She has amazing customer service skills, is kind, efficient, and uses her great sense of humor to lighten an experience even if you didn't think it possible. Her positive working relationships with the mechanics and parts make your experience there feel effortless. I would never choose to have either of our Jeeps serviced anywhere else.

Long story short, I needed my CTM module fixed in my 2002 durango. I looked online and it seemed to be a 350 dollar repair with labor. These guys wanted to charge me $587 for the repair. Me, being particularly careful with my money(as most people are) decided to verify with Dicks Country Dodge in Hillsboro. They told me that the part was $299 and the labor was around $50-80. All said and done, Dicks Country Dodge charged me $357 for the repair. I will never go back to Northwest!! they are dishonest and will smile at you while stealing your money. This repair consisted of 5 screws, 3 wires, and programing the new CTM to my truck.....

Only reason they have any stars from me is based on past expeirence with one nice service rep. I went there for 6 years based on his service, open on Saturdays and that ""5-Star"" rating.... Over the past 12 months I have had numerous issues with my 2002 Jeep. I went in for maintaince and left with a quote for $2900 more work. I also had to pay for the diagnostic tests. So deflated with them, I started to call around. Guess what? Got all that done and more for under $1400. I didn't have to pay anyone else for tests. That alone says it all. I hating thinking how much of my hard earned money I have wasted on them....

Stay away from the NW Jeep service department... they are corrupt. I had read that they might be trouble on another site, but figured there were a lot of positive reviews also so I took a chance. Don't make the same mistake I did. \r
\r
I went to NW Jeep because they were a five-star rated dealer (rated by Jeep). I asked them to give my vehicle a thorough check for any problems. They came back saying it only need minor work, but later called me back and said they had ""discovered"" additional needed repairs, including $1000 for a leaking head gasket. This surprised me since the vehicle ran great with no signs of trouble. I couldn't afford everything at once so figured I would have a little work done for now then get a 2nd opinion. I ended up getting a 2nd and a 3rd opinion as well.\r
\r
The head gasket was a total scam. When the other mechanics came back saying there was no problem, I then specifically asked them to go back and check the head gasket. Again no problem (both times). One mechanic even showed me how to check it. There were smaller bogus estimates from NW Jeep, but the $1000 was the major one that they foolishly documented. I guess they thought I was the kind of person who could afford to pay it without questioning it.\r
\r
I realize dishonest mechnics are a dime a dozen (or more like $12,000 a dozen if you think of the cash outlay in using them). You would think in the internet age it would be more profitable for scam artist mechanics to just be honest, but I guess they haven't figured that out yet.

I first looked at the Jeep Liberty on New Years Eve and quickly fell in love! I came back to purchase my Jeep on January 2. Much to my amazement - no pressure! The sales manager gave me the bottom line price with payments etc. We were in and out of the dealership in less then 2 hours! Thank you Sam, you are fantastic! \r
\r
We have since purchased my husbands Jeep from there with virtually the same experience. We have had service to maintain our Jeep's a number of times and could not be more impressed with Kris Swenson.\r
He has been honest, fair and explains everything in detail. They notify us when necessary maintenance is due. It's just a great place to shop and maintain your vehicle!\r
\r
If you can ever get my Liberty away from me, I would head straight back to this dealer for a replacement.\r
Thank you NW Jeep for being an honest, reputable dealerships to do business with, you have earned our trust & respect.

To follow up with the unpleased user post, I will say, they give you comment cards when you have service done. Fill it out, leave a callback #, and comment about your experience. If it was poor, they _will_ call you back. They had a leaky seal after I had an oil change done once. I complained and did get a callback.
