Carters at the Lincoln City Outlet Mall has great, great, great prices. They also have a nice selection to choose from even though the store is a little smaller than a normal Carters. I would highly recommend that our friends go there. Actually we have taken a few of our friends over to Lincoln City just to shop there. Great service too! The sales clerk that was there one time was very helpful and fun to work with.
