Ramsey-Waite Company

I have been a loyal customer of Ramsey Waite for years, from parts to service and sales they have always been great. When I have ever had a problem the have taken care of me. They seam to really care about there reputation and always want to make it right even if it costs them a little money to do so. Problems do happen but I have always felt that in the end they did what I consider right and fair, to keep me as a customer.

The sales people are NOT helpful. The guy that "helped" us was rude, a liar, and even called us at home to yell at us and futher accuse me of his own faults rather than trying to make a sale. I will never go back!

This is the place to go for lawnmower repair. My machine was in a bad way and the guys on the floor were so kind. I was not sure how long it would take them to fix and it ended up they had it ready the next day.

while in the position of the service department of Ramsey wait my new pannier was removed, mounting hardware and all. I contacted management with photographic proof and was told hey would not do anything about it as they had not made any money on having my bike in their shop.

Although I would love to go in and buy one of their great new or used tractors, I actually use Ramsey Waite for repair parts of lawnmowers, tillers and pumps. This is a long established business in the Eugene area and they are good at service. They can order parts that are not in stock and they usually call when the part is in. The service is friendly and knowledgeable.

this store has a large inventory of special parts for repair of lawnmowers and other gardening equipment. friendly staff who is knowledgeable about their products. sometimes parts have to be special ordered but delivery time is usually reasonable.
