5 Stars: Amazing view! (by Mandi B.)

This place has an amazing view of Portland! It is such a romantic spot. It is located on the 30th floor of the building so you overlook the whole city. The food is very very good, the service is top notch and the ambiance's is great. Couples everywhere. There was a couple that could not keep their hands off each other next to us another across and everyone seemed to be celebrating. Nice place for a special occasion.

5 Stars: Gorgeous View (by Suzanne H.)

Even if you hate downtown, you'll love this view. The happy hour rocks! Cheap, yummy food. No drink specials though, but that's okay because the exqusite food makes up for it. Also, they have lots of fun drinks and martinis to choose from. Definitely recommend to anyone who has never been there or if you are visiting from out of town.

PROS: Food is awesome.
CONS: No drink specials. Downtown parking can be spendy.

5 Stars: Delicious Food with a Spectacular View (by Lani O.)

The panoramic view of Portland is stunning from this restaurant. It would almost appear as if there are no "bad" tables. The food is extremely tasty and the service is top of the line! I have to say as many times as I have been there my water glass has never made it to being half full...they make sure it's always filled.
It is spendy but worth it especially for special occasions ie. wedding anniversaries...etc.
I highly recommend their cookies for desert. I know it seems an odd desert but trust me on this. They bake it to order so it takes time to get to the table. It's served with fresh vanilla ice cream and is the most wonderful thing I have ever tasted!

4 Stars: Elegant dining and excellent views (by Joel C.)

The food and service at the Portland City Grill are excellent, but the real treat is to stare out at the city as you're eating, of course, it helps to have a window seat.

The atmosphere is elegant, the City Grill makes dining a real experience. I highly recommend reservations of course, especially if you're looking for that coveted window seat!

PROS: Pretty much everything is recommendable
CONS: This is a very expensive place, even if the food and service are worth it
