My family and I had a horrible experience with this store. We have always enjoyed t-mobile, but these guys took advantage of us at every opportunity. We ended up with disconnected service, a temporary number and lots and lots of lies and hassle. It seemed like some sort of sales con game that they where using to get extra money from the regular t-mobile corporate. I highly recommend you stay away from this store...

KEEP AWAY!!! These guys will take advantage of you. They may be nice to your face, but don't trust them. I got taken advantage of and ended up with days and days of headaches just trying to get my account changed, which t-mobile customer service said should have only taken a few minutes if I had called them. I regretfully spent a lot of money at their store with phone and plan together, and I have been taken advantage of it seems like everytime I talk to them. Stay with t-mobile, but go to a different store or do your stuff online.

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!! WARNING!!! They will SCAM you, the managers are in on it too!!!

I have been a t-mobile customer for over 8 years and this store is the WORST at customer service, cheated me out of my money, and have caused me nothing but headaches (going on day 5 of the trouble and it is still getting worse).

I usually do everything online, but thought with the economy I would try and support a local store near me. I went in to get a simple phone upgrade and service change. They screwed everything up, it took me 4 hours of my own time to get things fixed. They had me cancel my existing account, which they said was necessary to get my phone switched to the new plan. They made me purchase a new sim card and all of this just so they could get extra commission. I spent 4 hours the next day on the phone with T-mobile to get my number back and get my account setup properly. T-mobile let me know that the store mislead me and was deceptive in their process to get my service switched over - should have only taken 20 minutes to make the change. Here I am 5 days later, the store was supposed to apply the money I paid in the store to my account for use - instead I can't use my phone again. I am so sick of this store and now I can't even call T-mobile customer service to get things fixed... Whatever you do, stay away from these guys - they are snake oil salesmen, don't believe a word they say.

This T-Moblie store is one of the best that I have been to. All of the employees are very friendly and are always willing to help out with any question you may have.

I like T-moblie because they care for the customers. When my Son throw my business phone in a bowl of soup t-moblie got me another replacement asap. They even lent me a replacement phone for 7 days which i would consider really good customer Service Thanks t-moblie My choice for Cell phone service
