In Color Salon

After driving to NW 23 for years and struggling with parking and putting up with stylist 'tude, I searched long and hard for something closer to home in Lake Oswego (this salon is in nearby Tualatin). I am a bit of a product snob and wanted a salon that uses Goldwell color. I found In Color Salon and I haven't looked back. They also sell Kerastase and Bumble (what could make me happier?!) Stylist Brett Packer is the man! After years of telling stylist that I do not like my hair yellow/brassy/gold, I finally found someone who understood and created the perfect champagne/wheat/baby blonde. Brett also makes you feel like you are actually getting what you paid for your hair cut. He is meticulous about cutting hair and spends time to make sure he is giving you the style you asked for and a style that meets your lifestyle. I always value his opinions on my cut and enjoy sharing stories about our children even more. He is a rare find.

MY first time here. After hearing from locals this was THE PLACE!! Saw BRETT - great wonderful!! Listened to me and did exactly what I asked and more. Not a lot of money. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Great. I highly recommend this salon!!!! ASK FOR BRETT IF YOU ARE NOT SURE!1 He is awesome!!!

I have been a client/customer of In Color Salon for close to two years. And at my age, 63, I have had more than my fair share of bad haircuts, colors, and poor attitudes by hair stylists over the years. It wasn't until I started going to In Color Salon and having Brett give me his expert service, that I realized I didn't have to go home angry and embarassed by the appearance of my hair. In years past, I have walked out of prominent salons in San Francisco, Seattle, Beverly Hills, Santa Barbara and NYC, and never had the attention to detail and perfection in hair color, cut and styling. I had no idea my hair could look this good. My own sister in law is a hair stylist, yet I prefer to have ONLY Brett care for my hair.

If anyone wants to have their hair look as good as it possibly can, a terrific head and neck massage, and enjoy an interesting personality, I highly recommend Brett at In Color Salon.

Found Brett Packer years ago and was immediately sold when he not only didn't shy away from my ridiculously thick hair but didn't treat my curls as a problem. He gave me a great cut that works perfectly blown straight or dried curly. Lost him for a few years and was so excited to find him again. He affords me the ability to wear my hair rather than hide it - and I've never seen someone work a blow dryer so expertly. He's never used a flat iron on my hair and it ends up perfect every time.

InColor is also very clean and carries two very high end product lines. I use both on a daily basis but he never pushes me to buy what I don't need. Thanks to Brett Packer on behalf of curls everywhere!

I have been going to In Color Salon for about a year. My first stylist was Stina who unfortunately is no longer there. I had my first appointment with Kim last week and was extremely pleased. I had my hair colored for the first time with Stina and really liked it although it was very subtle (which was good for my first time). This time I was ready to kick it up a notch and Kim did not disappoint. I am so happy with both the cut and the color - I love it!!! Also, Nancy recommended a great product to give my hair volume that works great. It is always hard to find a stylist that you are comfortable with and at In Color Salon, I have been lucky enough to find two! I have no doubt that all the stylists would offer the same excellent service & great results. Thank you so much!!!

Terrible! I read reviews before I went to this salon and for the life of me I cannot understand how this place got good reviews? My guess would be "friends" of the salon left reviews. I got a haircut and color.
I clearly explained to the stylist how I wanted my cut and he did the exact opposite! I am VERY unhappy with my cut which is 2-3 inches shorter than it sholuld be, not to mention my color which did not turn out right and I complained about not wanting bangs, so what does he do? Give me SHORTER bangs!!!!! Thanks!! Don't go to this place. 190.00 for the WORST cut and color of my life from someone who smells like an ashtray!!

i had a great experience at this salon. new to town i looked up bumble&bumble salons and incolor popped up, so i thought i would give it a try and i am so glad i did. the receptionist was super friendly and didn't get impatient while she gave me directions (after my mapquest ones led me astray) and she offered my a diet coke right when i walked in-love it! its a small, clean salon with a great vibe. the gal who did my hair (steeba) took the time to get to know my hair (sounds silly) but it really paid off, i have gorgeous blonde hair and a fresh easy cut that takes minutes to style. the kerastase conditioning treatment is FABULOUS and made my hair shiny and silky soft for weeks, not just days. super luxurious overall and worth every penny! i am for sure going back in 4 weeks!

I have never loved my hair as much as I have since Audra has been cutting it. I've been going to In Color Salon for more than two years. The staff are professional and friendly and the salon is always clean. I look forward to my cuts because I know that Audra will give me her honest opinion and works very hard to make sure the cut is just what I want.

The staff is always looking for opportunities to further their knowledge, including taking trips to learn from the best in the industry. I can tell when they come back from a trip because the salon buzzes with excitment from what the Stylsts learned. You can tell they truly enjoy trying the new techniques. The stylists are true artists! Thank you, In Color Salon, for making me feel beautiful everyday!

In Color Salon is the best place for hair cut, color, care, and creation. The owners and staff are highly trained with exceptional team work. I have used In Color as my ONLY tusted hair salon for the last 4 years. I have NEVER been let down. I have not told my hair dresser what to do with my hair in years because I know she will give me a style that fits my face and personality. They are honest, creative, and confident. They are constantly looking for new learning experiences. They are festive and host fashion shows to show off what they can do, but also to give back to their clients by letting them model, and give hair care days. I can't say enough for this crew, they are worth going to if you are looking for a new salon, they are worth switching to if you are looking for a brave, cutting edge salon that will give you the perfect "you" hair style. (not to mention they use the best products)! This salon honestly believes in hair and human care.

This salon is the BEST!!! I have been going to Nancy and her fabulous crew since it opened and today they went above and beyond!! Not only did Audra give me the best cut ever but I had some major hair issues going on and they worked triple time to help me get what I needed! I will always go there and recommend all of my business clients to do the same!!!

I have been going to In Color Salon for over two years now and I look forward to every appointment. I have been to many salons and I can quite honestly say that this one is the best. The staff is highly trained (without being pretentious) and the atmosphere is very comfortable (you can tell that not only do these people work together, but they have fun together and like what they do). Great music, a wonderful massage and a staff that is constantly throwing out compliments....They make you feel like a queen! All this, and a great cut & color....You can't go wrong!

I've never had any one look at my skin tone, eye color, face shape, even my head shape before. I truly felt like I was in the hands of an artist! I get complements on my color and cut all day long everywhere I go!
I feel great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really work together as a team which is a refreshing change from the other salons I've been to. I highly reccommend In Color Salon. Worth every penny and worth the wait to get an appointment.

I have never been able to say it before, but I LOVE my hair. I've been driving by this place for months, and I never really gave it much thought. I decided to try it out, and I couldn't be happier. I didn't even have an appointment, but they had me come in anyway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The color is EXACTLY what I wanted - to be honest it's even better. My cut is adorable. Thank you ladies. I will be back.
