I would like to apologize for not attending to you as you were in our store. And I'am sorry that one of our sale people did not come up to you greet you or help you. Please if you have any questions or concerns please contact the store and ask for a manager. I went in to purchase a stereo and speakers for my vehicle. After I went into the stereo room and waited for about five minutes to be helped, but nobody came to my aid. When I walked out of the room and looked towards the front computers I discovered the two employees looking at pictures on-line. I walked out and will not be returning.

I tried to buy a CD player for my car at one of the major chain stores that advertised a sale but the staff was so rude, I left and went to The Stereo Store. I was very pleased with the patience they had with me there at the smaller store. They also have a great set up for sampling the sound of the CD players before you commit to buying.
