You couldn't ask for a better location in Lincoln City. All the rooms are in walking distance to the beach. The updated pool is very nice as well. I really enjoy the sunsets from our deck.

This place is right near the beach with some units having views. We've gone a couple of time and don't have to spend a fortune for a night on a weekend (i think around 100 bucks/night). Nothing too fancy, just clean sheets and a place to sleep with basics (cable, shower, etc)
