Kids love it
My kids love to come to this restaurant and sit in the old trolley. The also always get ice cream for dessert with the kids menu. The menu and food are always good, especially the spaghetti noodle with mizethera cheese !

Like it's sibling without the view
Just like the waterfront version, without the view, this restaurant is conveniently located off of I-205 and Sunnyside Road. They have excellent portions, and we often have leftovers. Meals come with the choice of soup or salad as well as fresh-baked bread. This is a great choice for lunch or dinner.
PROS: Convenient location, consistent quality
CONS:

Neat building... cafeteria food
My wife and I went for an early dinner. We were both impressed with the large building and the stained glass. we both got platters that had 2 different entrees on them. I had lasagna and chicken marsala, and she had spaghetti with meat sauce and spinach cheese ravioli with marinara. The lasagna and ravioli were the better dishes, while the meat sauce was just weird and the marsala was a brown gravy with marsala wine and mushrooms. Granted the meal was cheap, I would have rather payed a little more for a better meal.
Also the bread was too crusty for even my crust loving wife.
All in all, I might go back, but just to show some folks the building and decor. Not so much for the food
Pros: Neat atmosphere, all in one meal prices, good date spot
Cons: palatable food, no privacy, busy place

PhilTV rocks
We took a friend visiting from Santa Cruz to dinner there. Our waiter was Philip TV - and his service went above and beyond. He brought us samples, checked on us, just a real joy to have as our waiter. The dinner was perfect, on time and some of the best authentic Italian food I've ever had... and I'm Italian. You wouldn't expect this from a chain but the OSF feels more like a family dinner with the treatment you get. Philip has huge potential as a manager and I hope he is on his way up. More service people need to follow his example.
Pros: Ask for Philip's area - perfect service. Great food, authentic, wait is less than Olive Garden
Cons: none

Great Food, not so Great Service!
My wife and I had a lunch today that we will not forget. During a rainy lunch, staff was very slow, and did not deliver good service. We ordered a great appatizer, the "Sicilian Garlic Cheese Bread". It was really good. I ordered a "Mizithra Cheese Pasta." As always, it was good. The rich buttery flavor, along with the Mizithra, was a perfect match. My wife ordered the "The Premier", which is a Lasagna and a Chicken Marsala. She says that the lasagna was good, but not "over the top." The Chicken Marsala was not as flavorful. The chicken was cooked well, but the Marsala sauce had a bad tangy taste. Burnt or not well paired ingrediants, we're not sure. When we got our bill, we asked the waitress why we did not recieve our complimentary bread. She said, "Oh, I thought you ordered the cheese bread." I said, "Yes, but the bread should come with our order." She paused, then asked with attitude, "Well, do you still want it?" I said, "Yes, please. And, we would also like the ice cream that comes with meals." She walked away, as we waited, and waited, and waited for the rest of our food. After watching here serve others near our table, we placed our money, the exact amount", and left. But before leaving, we let the main host know of their service. We left. I might recommend this place if the service was officiant, and friendly. The food is good, that I will admit to.
Pros: Good Mazithra Cheese, Good Garlic Bread.
Cons: Bad customer service, if any service at all.

Why would you eat here?
The food is no good here. Pasta with a hamburger based meat sauce or pasta with canned clam sauce are your basic choices. I would recommend cooking for yourself if you were hungry for Italian food. It is cheap though. When the meal arrived at my table I took a couple bites and paid the tab.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: short menu, bad food, cheezy atmosphere
