We have been to this dog wash numerous times. Customer service is something left to be desired. Our dog was skunked and we brought him down to their dogwash. They sold us fifty dollars worth of skunk out and told us we could come back in a few days and wash him. We brought him back and while washing him we had asked what shampoo was best and the manager told us we had to leave. We explained we were told we could come back and wash him not only by the salesperson but the owner. She told me to go home and use a home remedy on him to get rid of the smell. I then asked why they would sell me $50 dollars of worthless product that they recommended us to use. She had no answer to that we won't be returning other than to get a refund.

This dog wash is in a great location if you live in West Linn or Lake O, however unfortunately they are not accommodating at all. They no longer rent out clippers to their clients and have decided that you cannot even bring your own clippers to clip your dog because supposedly other customers aren't able to wash their dogs...
I was becoming a loyal customer, but I've never seen something like this before and I won't be back.

I take my hyperactive Jack Russell to day care at the Dog Club. It is handily located between West Linn and
Lake Oswego on Hwy. 43 (also real close to Mary S. Young dog park) and is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking and convenient hours. The employees are friendly and always remember my dog and that she loves to fetch. She is so happy to be there that she doesn't even look back when they take her back to the play area. She is wound up when I pick her up after work but by the time we get home she is so tired she can't even keep her eyes open (even when there's food around!). It is a nice break for me, and also relieves the guilt of being a "working mom". Plus, she is usually tired for the next day or two. I can wear her out on weekends when I can play fetch with her or roller blade for an hour or two, but it is almost impossible to tire her out during the week without daycare. I think $25 is a great deal for not only supervision but also interaction and activity for my dog ALL DAY when she would otherwise be bored at home recharging her batteries! I especially like Jamie(?) the day care manager. She is knowledgeable
and great with my dog.

Cons: Can't come up with any

The dog club of West Linn is a great place to leave your pet for a few hours while you run errands. They offer excellent supervision of all pets and always try to make sure your dog has a positive experience. The only reason for four starts instead of five is they are a bit expensive. But that is relative, isn't it?

When we first started here the quality of service was first-rate. The staff was helpful and attentive and the amenities were clean. Now (after a couple of poor manager changes) the service has rapidly gone down hill. The tubs are often filthy and the grooming stations are covered in hair. Meanwhile, all the employees are sitting in front with no other customers, doing nothing to fix the mess. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for everything too. We were paying nearly 20 dollars just for the use of their facilities, soap and water. I was a loyal customer for over a year, now I will never again take my business to the Dog Club unless they fix their many problems.

If you are a lazy dog owner looking to get your favorite pet washed and exercised, but you're too busy to do it yourself, then for a smell fee the Dog Club of West Linn can do it for you. The employees are helpful, friendly, and good looking.

Both my dogs have been going here since they openned. It's a great place to take a big dog to be washed. They always have a great assortment of shampoos, conditioners, etc., plus they trim your dogs nails too! They also sell dog stuff and have dog training - although I've never done the training.

PROS: good location, great washing facility
CONS: close at 3pm on Sunday
