When we went to buy my husbands truck he knew exactly what he wanted, down to the color. We did a lot of comparison shopping before we purchase the pickup and the sales staff at Loren Berg was able to find the exact pickup he wanted at the best price around.
I bought my last two cars from them. Basically told them what I wanted and they found it for the best price I could find anywhere. I can't say if they put any pressure on me to buy, because I just told them what I wanted and they found it. Dorothy is a dear.
The service department is the best. They are reasonably priced for a dealership. They can always fit me in or find a loaner car for me if it will be a day or so. In the 20 years of doing business with them, we only needed to repeat a repair once and even then they tried to make it right.

Bought a used '04 Nissan Xterra XE with 61,000 miles from this dealership. I had been looking around the PDX area for '02-'04 Xterra's for a few months but kept finding ones that were in horrible shape from other dealers. The salesman, his name was Wes was excellent. He was super nice and wasn't pushy at all and he didn't talk too much. They let us test drive it by ourselves which a lot of dealerships don't let you do. When we decided that we liked it, we were getting ready to have to haggle with them like most dealerships, except we quickly noticed that we did not need to. They were asking somewhere around $14,900ish, so we made an offer around $13,000 at first. When Wes, the salesman came back outside he brought a few papers with him showing that the lowest they could possibly go was $13,500 out the door with no extra charges. The deal was all made in about 15-20 minutes while standing in the parking lot around the Xterra. There was no need for any haggling or arguing at all which surprised me.
The whole rest of the process was well taken care of by Wes, and the finance guy. They knew what they were doing and did it well. First Tech, who this car loan is with, even commented on what a nice job this dealership did with their side of things.
I bought this Xterra knowing that the radio was not working and that they had one on order. When the radio came in, I took the car down there the same day and they replaced the radio with no appointment and no waiting. Also, when I went back there, Wes gave us some chains, a roof net, floor mats, and the Xterra First Aid kit which he had gotten off another Xterra that just came in!
This place has incredibly good customer service and it is as nice or nicer than Rasmussen BMW where my boyfriend and I go for his BMW.
This dealership amazed me for being a Chevy dealership and buying a Nissan from them.
