Great place

Its not to packed. I weigh 325 pounds & don't fit in a couple of the machines-like the ab cruncher, but there is still tons I can do. The scale only goes up to 300 pounds. I like the cardio room; can keep myself busy for hours. They have racket ball, a sauna, tanning, outdoor pool, basketball court, and classes as well. Staff is nice and helpful. This is my first gym membership, but I guess the prices are reasonable for all that they provide (I wish there was a way I could just pay to use the cardio room because I don't use anything else the club has to offer); being 22 $40 a month is alot on my budget, and I wish I didn't have to worry about losing the $45 initiation fee if I cant afford it one month (have to give 30 days notice in order to avoid losing it). I wish there was a club in St. Helens like this so I wouldnt have to drive the few miles to Col City. And I wish they had a in door pool instead of an outdoor (cant use it all winter, and during the summer u'd have to worry about sunscreen. Not a good pool for laps based on its size and the other reviews here (everyone says they like to take there kids and they have alot of fun--cant do laps if kids are having fun; ive tried).

I had a membership to this club and really enjoyed the aerobics classes and the raquetball courts. My kids loved the pool. When they were little they stayed in the childcare area.

I have had a membership with the Columbia City Sports and Rec Center and I really enjoyed all they have to offer. I had a great time working out with their weight machines and loved the elliptical machine. I think my kids favorite was being able to swim in the pool in the summer. Their rates are reasonable especially with all they offer for you. Check them out today!
PROS: Lots to do
CONS: ??? Can't think of any
