Great Food!
The best spaghetti I have ever had in my life. It is a very good deal as well. You get soup or salad, fresh french bread, a big portion of pasta, and Ice Cream. You also get free Ice Tea or Milk with your meal all for around $7.00.
PROS: Cheap, great food, and awesome scenery
CONS: none

Average, more or less
Being a cool and comfortable restaurant (temperature wise) was a plus for this establishment today. The service was OK, but slow for the time of day and the amount of customers in the facility. The food was almost OK. The portions were much smaller than I remember them ever being , and the "browned butter and Mazithera cheese sauce was nearly non-existent on the "Managers Favorite" ( I suspect the manager doesn't like Mazither cheese OR browned butter, but certainly enjoyed a nice mark-up on the savings there). The cold beer was OK, warmish, but OK. The "Vesuvius sauce on the other hand was quite tasty, and I will enjoy it again in a different restaurant.
Over all, just OK. Better than fast food, not up to standards of those wishing to enjoy a bit of Italian cooking. Three stars is a gift from me. Enjoy it as much as we did the lack of anything special, OK?
Pros: Good air conditioning
Cons: The rest of the experience

Subpar menu. Poor service.
I've been to other Spaghetti Factories and always enjoyed them. But, I must say I will never go back to this one. The sauce tasted like the cheapest canned sauce. Our server was hardly ever seen and incredibly difficult to get the attention of. The only thing that made it survivable was the spumoni which satisfactorily rid our mouths of the lingering taste of the food.
Pros: spumoni
Cons: food, service.

Love It!
We really love the food, the service and the environment. It is so easy to take the kids here and the staff is always so nice to them. They have great coupons for kids lunches.
Pros: good for kids, food, service
Cons: none

This place is a joke.
If you want to eat Italien food. Go somewhere else.
The only tolerable reason to go there is if you were looking for a place to entertain you kids and want to change from going to Mc Do. Don't expect good food. Frozen food from the supermarket and kraft macaroni and cheese are better than the pasta you get there...

Where's the Italian Food?
Authentic - this place isn't. I've tasted better from the frozen food section of the local market, although it would rival some of the popular canned food varieties. Nothing special about the food at all. Save your money from all the fanfare and buy a jar of your favorite sauce from the market, toss some noodles in some boiling water, and you'll have a better dining experience.
