Us Bank

A bank that does not care about their customer

US Bank customer service are not helpful at all in fact they are very rude when it comes to any charges like late fees or an honest mistake like having a wrong account number when paying via internet. I would never do business with US Bank again and I am telling all my friends the same and can not wait to finish the last lease payment.

Although I dont like US Bank much this one has to be the worst. I have to go to this bank once a month for work there hasnt been a single time that I havent had to stand in a line for at least 10 minutes or longer. Their customer service is rude and not friendly at all. They are always understaffed.
