My boyfriend took me to Cha Cha Cha for dinner on several occasions and I have to say I've received the best customer service there than from any other restaurant in East Portland.

I moved to Vancouver so I don't go to Cha Cha Cha anymore but still I hear about their great service at all their locations. My coach just told me they catered her son's 21st birthday party and it was fabulous.

My office was contemplating lunch spots for a Thursday business lunch. Someone mentioned Cha Cha Cha and we all smiled and said how great their customer service is.

I called the NW location since its pretty close to where we work and they were so wonderful. They gave me several ideas for the lunch we would be catering (for 30 people) and the manager himself will be delivering the lunch to our office.

This company/Restaurant is very inexpensive but most importantly they have great hearts and care for their customers. Every restaurant should mimic this attitude and every person should mimic this attitude in their workplace.

I am thankful for the People of Cha Cha Cha Restaurant for giving us a great example to live by.

PROS: Excellent service, Great employees and managers, inexpensive and great food
CONS: zero cons. This place is THE PLACE TO EAT!

You wont find a happier wait-staff or clientele in any other Mexican restaurant in Portland. This place serves up enormous burritos to a hungry crowd every day at lunchtime. You can get a freshly prepared, hefty meal for about $5. Seating is both indoor and out, but plan ahead, because parking in the area gets tough during the week day. Open 10am 10pm daily and takes major credit cards.

It was almost 10pm and we were craving burritos. We drove to Cha Cha Cha only minutes before they were supposed to close. The employees warmly welcomed us, even though they were cleaning up for the night. From what I first noticed, they were thoroughly cleaning every nook and cranny of the dining area and kitchen, which was nice. I heard their Roasted Veggie burrito was good, so I ordered one and it was incredible. They gave us a hefty helping of their homemade chips & salsa to take home. Their ingredients were fresh and each meal was very healthy. Not too expensive for an overwhelming portion of food. It took us two days to finish our burritos!

PROS: The decor is hip, funky, cool. Expect 'Cha Cha' music!
CONS: Only street parking and they don't deliver.
