Tasty pizza, good breadsticks. Our pie had flavorful sausage, and really nice ricotta to balance the tangy sauce. A really nice overall pizza.

Don't get me wrong, the pizza is decent. It's not worth waiting the average 60 minute delivery time, nor the 25$. I have ordered over 50 pizza's from here because I cant get anything else delivered, and sometimes I am feeling ultra lazy after a long days work. I also like a thin crust, but as another reviewer put it, it is kind of cardboard like. Maybe that's a result of the delivery time. Either way, I am tired of feeling like they are doing me a favor when I order. I am tired of getting all puffy from the salt and/or msg. I am done waiting 1 hr for a not so warm pizza. Maybe I don't get it since I don't ride a fixie.

Pros: its delivered

Cons: pizza not as good as they think it is

.

I love this place it has tasty slices and they also do delivery. They use good quality ingredients and serve 3 local tap beers. Salads are also super fresh and delicious. The staff is awesome and they usually play great music.

Pros: Fabulous pizza and salads

Cons: hipster hangout

Pizza a go go usually doesn't make the best pizza lists, etc. However I'm assuming that's becuase it's a neighborhood joint that most people probably don't know of. It's thin sliced, NY style (okay I'm not a New Yorker but this is my impression). The toppings are great (I love just plain old pepperoni, to their vegetarian and chicken offerings). Salads are also very good.

When compared to many of the places that have made the best pizza place, Pizza a Go Go is definitely just as good, if not better.

Pros: Awesome pizza, pretty speedy delivery time/pickup time

Cons: Ambience (but it's a pizza place, what do you expect), a little pricey

After years of searching the P for the perfect slice I recently tried out this small pizza shack on N Williams.

I went simple, the cheese slice. Like it so much I bought the pie. As a New Yorker this is THE closest I've had to a NY pizza so far in Portland. The cheese had that slight rubbery quality that I love so much about a NY slice. The base was crisp and not doughy like I've experienced from other pizza joints in town that claim to be NYish. The sauce was tasty and tangy enough. Next time I'm going to upgrade to the meat pizza.

The staff were friendly and the rest of the customers seemed pretty happy too. I'll be back.

Pros: Great NY style cheese pizza

Cons: They don't deliver to my house but that's my problem

The Pizza is absolutely fantasic. The only real downside is the limited delivery area (if you're in walking distance they'll deliver). So if you're in the neighborhood stop by for a dang good pie. But this is more of a dine in or take out place than a delivery place.

I always feel kind of bad when I give a poor review... but I'm just not a big fan of their pizza. I had a simple cheese pizza delivered and was quite disappointed. While the pizza was a good size, the taste was bland and the description word that comes to mind is "cardboard." I like a good thin crust as much as the next person, but my idea of a thin crust is that it should have a little crisp to it. This crust seemed undercooked or either 3 days old. There wasn't much sauce (did they forget that part?) and the cheese was flavorless. Then there's the delivery guy... first of all it was a guy... not a sassy Go Go Girl on rollerskates. (ha ha)

Cons: 23.00 for a bad pizza

Pizza A Go Go is a nice little neighborhood pizza place. The pizza is thin crust - so not what everyone is used to - and they don't really pile on the ingredients, but it's not bad and it's cheap!

Pros: great NY pizza, good service

Cons: none

I rode my bike past Pizza a Go Go about a hundred times and always thought of trying it out, but never really got around to it. A friend recommended it on our traditional pizza night and we're sold. It's our new spot. Try the Che Che with it's Chipotle sauce and caramelized onions. Great pie, great vibe and Pabst on tap. What more do you want?

I gotta say, the gogo is effin delish! For super cheap, you get a slice of heaven and a pint of PBR. Don't be stingy on the Frank's red hot either. The staff is super cool, and if you sign up for their email list, they send you coupons for by one get one free, or free slices for riding your bike. This is a great spot to go get pizza and hang out and watch the goings on in and outside. The patio is really nice, when the weather lets you and they always have good music playing. I tried to quit pizza because it really isn't that good for you but I cannot quit the gogo, its just too good. Support your local small business and go get yourself a slice.

I randomly stopped in Pizza A Go Go a few days ago when I drove by hungry for something quick. I stopped in for a slice and a salad and was pleasantly surprised with the food. I'm a pizza snob and I found the slice of sausage and veggie pizza on of the best tasting I've had in town. Also, the guy at the counter was super friendly. I liked the place so much, I picked up a t-shirt and I shall return next time I'm looking to eat some pizza.

I went to Pizza a go go and thought I'd died and gone to pizza heaven. Not only did the place have a groovy vibe and nice blend of funk and style but the pizza was great. Delicious thin crust that stayed crisp on the bottom, completely foldable and with a good array of toppings. My friend who is Vegan was well served by the delicious vegan slice that is always available. I also had a great ceaser salad and a fresh organic beer on tap, cold and good. It's in the now groovy Williams Ave corridor and is a hidden gem in Portland, or so I think. THanks

The pizza crust was cardboard-like, and overall the pie lacked any characteristics to justify the price (18 bucks for a pepporoni). Even if it were 10 bucks, I'd go elswhere. I was very dissappointed, as this joint is in my 'hood and I now know I'll have to go elswhere to get a good pie-

Pizza-a-gogo sell pizza by the slices. A slice is about $2.5-4.5. The slice is really large and you do get full after just one slice. But the pizza is just very bland. The bread no longer tasty, the topping also tasteless, probably due to many time heating it over and over again. Note that the slice is really thin. I also noticed that there are only three toppings: peperoni, vegan and green pepper (I have a vegan that day) the only thing i like about this diner is the diner itself. It look retro and yet modern at the same time. I like the red chrome barstools. The diner is very small, cozy, so you don't have much privacy and people can hear your conversation.

This little pizza shop serves pizzas by the slices. There are about ten types of pizza. There's even a vegan pizza that made of non-animal ingredient. I like the feel of the restaurant, it's cozy and very inviting. But it's also too small therefore, therefore it lacks privacy if you're going to have a conversation. Also, the pizza doesn't taste really good. The pizza have been god-know-how-old, the bread looses the taste, it realy feel like leftover pizza. I like how a 'slice' there is really big and it sastified your hunger for a price of $2.50 - $3.50/slice. If only they could improve the taste of pizza....

PROS: nice price, nice restaurante
CONS: doesn't taste good
