I found my new vehicle online and immediately called Wentworth Chevrolet. I was connected with an awesome Saleslady who was so sweet and super helpful! I instantly felt comfortable talking with her. We traveled six hours to get our vehicle and it was well worth it! The entire transaction was smooth and quick! Our vehicle turned out to be everything she described and more! I love my new vehicle and recommend Wentworth Chevrolet! We would definately travel the six hours again to purchase there again!

I had a terrible experience with the service department. If you are looking for POOR SERVICE this is the place to go. I can't speak for the quality of the technicians but the service guys on the front line were horrible.

When I went to Wentworth Chevy, I had been to about six dealerships already. I am a 24 year old woman, first-time car buyer, and I knew what car I wanted but don't have a great knowledge of cars overall. Once the car salesmen at the other dealerships got wind of this, I found myself being presented with price options $10,000 above what I was looking to spend and when I asked about lowering the price, I was told it wasn't an option. I felt intimidated and taken advantage of in these places.\n\nAt Wentworth Chevy, the car I wanted was on sale for $1,000 cheaper than I had seen it an any other dealership already. The salesman, Tony, patiently explained the ins and outs of buying or leasing a car and gave me lots of options to choose from. He met my asking price and I didn't feel pressured to buy extra warranties. The owner thanked my warmly when I left and presented me with a $25 gift certificate to Noho's and two season ski passes to Mt Bachelor. I left in a brand new car with a low monthly lease payment, and the assurance that I had just gotten a great deal.\n\nIf you're in the market for a car, definitely visit Wentworth Chevy. They're great!

It was freezing but dry when we began a trip to Olympia last Thanksgiving in our 2010 Outback which we had purchased new and had routinely serviced at Wentworth Subaru in Portland. As we drove north it began to snow. Deicer had been applied to the freeway and soon the windshield was covered with spray. When I pressed the windshield washer nothing happened except that the windshield wipers smeared the window up so bad I had to pull over. I checked the windshield washer tank and the liquid was frozen solid. I immediately called Wentworth's Subaru's service center and was connected to Able. Able told me that it was common that windshield washer fluid freezes up and that the warmth of the motor should heat the tank up shortly. I asked why the service department hadn't used a deicer, since we last had it serviced in October. Able told me that it would be too expensive if they used deicer in all the cars that they service. Unbelievable answer and unacceptable service. Made me wonder if new oil was too expensive also. Don't know why I would trust my car's service to be done by this service center again.

I just bought a goregous trade-in vehicle at Chevy Wentworth and it was by far the best experience. I had shopped at a number of other dealerships before going here. Their staff was incredibly friendly, kind and the most non-pushy we found .And the vehicle was actually very fairly priced and under what I had found at other dealerships, etc. I cannot say enough good things about my shopping experience here. \r\n\r\nThis is a family owned and operated business and they truly made me feel like a part of the family - they took amazing care of me in all reagards. Thank you to the staff and everyone at Chevrolet Wentworth!

I went here after a horrible experience with Carr Chevy. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but ended up having a similar cobalt with more options for less (cert used). They were not pushy at all and gave me time to figure out financing and what exactly we wanted to do. Even if I decide against this car, I will DEFINITELY purchase a car from them in the future. The sales guy, manager and finance guy were all really nice and very patient (thanks to other dealers, I've been over skeptical of ALL dealers). If you're looking for something, new or used, these guys are awesome! As my sales guy (Anthony) said, buying a car should be fun and exciting...they definitely do their best to make that true! Thx guys!

I went to wentworth to try and purchase a used subaru and was utterly shocked at how rudely i was treated. I also had to explain to the salesmen the significance of certain parts of the car. Then when it came to price, they were going to give me very way back of book for my trade, and then charge me 1000 over the retail of the car, that was by no means in excellent condition. Steer clear if you are looking for a pleasant buying experience

I have bought cars in the past in which the experiences were awful. Lawrence Clapper in the internet department, gave me the best transaction I have ever had. He gave me a very fair price for my trade in and I was able to get a reasonable price on the 2009 Forester. I would definitely recommend this dealer and suggest that you ask for Lawrence

This dealership has a solid repair shop when it comes to our company vehicle however, we have yet to escape the billing office for less than 500 dollars no matter how insignificant the initial problem seems to be.

Even though they didn't sell me the car, I assumed that I will get the best Subaru maintenance on my Legacy at a dealership's service center. It wasn't until I had a 40something month service that I questioned their service. The phone quote was for a $600 service, and the bill read almost $200 more than that. On the verge of my tears, Wentworth dropped the bill by $100. I appreciated their responsive to my claim that I was misinformed. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and the next day, a nail in my tire that they fixed free of charge. Four months later, I make an appointment for an oil change and find out it will cost $60 to put my snow tires on. Les Schwab will do it for $50, but since I was already going to be there might as well have Wentworth do it. So, imagine my frustration when I got the bill and it was $20 over what I was quoted on the phone. Again, they reduced the bill based on my claim. I appreciate their courtesy, but am ANGRY that for a second time I was mislead by the service department's pricing. And I think it's strange that their cashier and service department have different estimates.

The most agonizing, deceitful, borderline criminal service department I've experienced. Never go here! Completely uncooperative. Poor workmanship. Irresponsible behavior when they are trusted to repair an item i depend on to keep my family safe. The details are too many to list in this forum.

After experiencing the most insulting experience at Carr Subaru and not being called back by Royal Moore Subaru. I would never buying an automobile from the Carr Group ever! I was racially profiled by the finance guy before I even started talking about the price of the car. The guy couldn't stop doubting me. I have never felt so belittled in my life! My buying experience at Wentworth was nothing short of fantastic! I highly recommend this place because I never felt pushed or taken. I ended up paying a lot lower than I had projected to pay. That's always a bonus. The experience was so good that I would never buy a car anywhere else!

Took my '99 Forester in for an oxygen sensor to be replaced. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic charge even though I knew what the problem was beforehand as I have my own code reader. The serviceman grumbled and went to talk to a mechanic. He then quoted me $150 for the part and $130 for labor for a total of $280!! I declined their services as I thought the price was outrageious maybe they inflated the price in order to get the ""diagnostic charge"" one way or another. I have searched around and just discovered the oxygen sensor lists at Mike's Auto Parts for $103 and they sold it to me for $63.99. I changed it in the rain and it took me, at the most, 15 minutes using a crescent wrench! I just saved myself $216.00!!! The check engine light is off and is staying off. Yippee!! So listen up all you Subaru owners. I would highly recommend you purchase a diagnostic tool (approx. $40.00) and if you get a ""check engine"" light and the code reads: PO136, Bank 1, Sensor 2........this is your chance to save big. Take my word for it, it's an easy fix.

I recently purchased a new 2007 Avalanche and talk about great service the sales staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! They also made the car buying process very easy with no pressure. They got me the exact Avalanche I was looking for and when it got in it was cleaned and filled with gas right on time. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new Chevrolet or Subaru to go to Wentworth Chevrolet! Also after owning my vehicle for 9 months now I would also recommend there service department!

I recently wanted to purchase a new 2008 Impreza. I did internet price quoting in hope to avoid some of the shady tactics car salesmen use. Wentworth quoted me an excellent price on the car. So, I go up there and test drive the car because the internet sales manager was ""too busy to help us."" Then we end up wasting time waiting for him and finally working with a middle man. Then they go through and elaborate delaying tactic to get us to stay there. They never quoted us a price on our trade in and finally the internet manager comes and tells us that he quoted us the wrong price for the car we were quoted on and that they can't honor the price. We ended up wasting half a day there because they wanted us to get so deep in the process that increasing the price would have not have been a deal breaker. \r\n\r\nSo we left and drove down to Capitol Subaru in Salem and drove off with an new car for the price Wentworth Quoted us.

I stated talking with a sales guy at wentworth a few weeks ago about wanting to buy a subaru. I told him my price range was up to 5000 and no more but he tried to talk me into a $10,000 car instead. I've been doing a lot of searching lately so I knew the price he was giving me was about double. I asked him if I brough him comparison quotes, could he lower the price? He said to send everything over and I did, about 9 quotes for the same car between 4500 and 5500. And guess what? I haven;t heard anything since. I even gave this guy the benefit of the doubt and sent him another message to check on things but received nothing back. Well, not nothing, they keep flooding my e-mail with spam. At least I found out before they got my money! They're almost as bad as Carr!!!

I drove by wentworth and saw an SUV that I was interested in so I hopped out to look and after about a twntyfive minute wait for a salesman (I should have taken that as an example of their how customer service works, but I wanted to see about this suv, so I let it slide). I finally got to see the truck\r\nAfter checking out the truck I decided to trade in my truck and finance the rest, one catch I could only afford to have my credit run once as I have been working really hard on raising my credit score and wanted to re-fi my house that week, I conveyed this to the older salesman who confided in me with I know exacly what your saying, ""no problem"" he said I repeated with intensity I'm serious if you have to have multiple reports then I don't want to do it, he reassured me if thats the case I'll be sure to let you know. I even told the same thing to the finance guy as well. \r\nAfter getting turned down a day later I decided to look up my credit report online only to find out they ran my credit nine times! I was horrified! My score had dropped a bunch do to this, I called to find out why they had treated me with such wreckless intent and the lady who answered the phone cut me off mid explanation and said \r\n""If you stop talking I can tell you what do do"" she sent me to the floor manager who after explaining my problem asked me with a really mocking tone ""well? what do you expect me to do about it?"" I said is it your policy to lie to cusomers to force a sale? and he replied I'm very busy sir are you done? may I end this call? there's nothing I can do for you. and he hung up on me! \r\nI could not express my sadness in having made the decision to go ahead with this company, I should not have taken that first impression for granted.\r\nI would suggest any other car dealer in portland or just hand over your licence to an idntity theif!\r\nI'm very dissapointed

\r\nAfter spending $2500 on my wagon 6 weeks ago at Wentworth, the transmission went a few days ago. Bummer! Called to schedule evaluation, assured of loaner vehicle, took time off work, got there and no loaner vehicle. They suggested Enterprise down the street, but refused to foot the bill despite prior information about the loaner. How do you keep a customer who spent $2500 a short while ago and is looking at spending another $2000 in a day or 2? You sure as heck don't haggle over the promised loaner! Given the age of my car, my satisfaction with the brand, I'm in the market for a new Subaru in the next few years. I think I'll take my money all the way across town to Carr Subaru instead. The just guaranteed a loaner, and said they'd detail my car! Much better tack. They deserve the word ""service"", not so for Wentworth. Sorry Doug, you lost a good customer.

I had a bad experience with brakes that were installed at Wentworth. The replacement rotors warped within a few months, which they charged me to fix though I insisted that my driving routine/habits had not changed. They warped shortly after, and are now requiring further repair. The brake pads lasted two months beyond the 1 year warranty period, which is shameful compared to other brake service shops, which offer a lifetime or at least a three year warranty for brakes and service for less cost. I've had much better experience at other brake shops, and I will never return to Wentworth for brake service.

I needed a small $7 part for my car. I went to many places who couldn't or wouldn't help me find exactly which piece to buy. The assistant parts manager Kent Howarth at Wentworth took the time to go over the diagrams with me , asked specific questions, and ordered the correct part. Although they gave me an estimate of a week, it arrived in two days. After I picked it up, someone from the parts depatment called to make sure I had recieved the correct part and that it fit and was what I needed. Their customer service was very good and detailed for just a seven dollar transaction. I have been recommending them to all my friends

I've had my car in a few times now and twice they have managed to find and fix the source of some obscure noises in my car. Past experience with other cars/noises and dealerships has left me apprehensive about wasting the time, but not at Wentworth.
