The UPS Store is nothing but outstanding service. They have great group of staff that are there to help you and they always come through.

This is a great place, they know what they are doing to help business grow or just helps customers run their day to day errands. The UPS Store are efficient, organized, and they help you explain stuff that your not familiar with. I don't have to wait long because they know what they are doing taking care customers bringing them in and they be out in a short time.

I have used this store several times, and each time the owner, has been there. (I swear they never takes a day off!) They are so helpful and kind to everyone who walks in the door. I read some really negative reviews of other UPS stores, so obviously not all UPS stores are the same. This one is worth the drive :)

I have been coming to this store for ten years now. No matter which of their services I have used or who I talk to there, they have NEVER let me down. I have used their fax service, mailbox service, copy service, print service, rubber stamp service, and shipping services. They have forgotten more than I will ever know about shipping anything. I have shipped everything from frozen clam chowder, to fragile champagne flutes, to collectible and valuable memorabilia. I have shipped countless items, and everything arrives safe and sound. There is the packing and tape king. Bubble wrap, tape and strong cardboard are his tools. i have left valuable items unpacked at his store, asked him to have them shipped, only to get a phone call from the receiver only to hear the exclaim: You should have seen how it was packed.... you would have thought it was fragile golden eggs. You can not go wrong by bringing your business here!!!!!! Ten years, it has been a great ride! I just gave up my mailbox there, because I moved so far away. However, I will continue to ship from this store any day I am in the area. Great parking in back, the store is easy to get to. This is what business is supposed to be!!!!!! Thank you everyone at this ups Store!!!!!!

We have been using this UPS store for many years..We are always shipping to California and find Tom to be the best helper in any store we have ever been to. He is friendly and helpful and makes our store as efficient and pleasant as possible. I could not recommend this store more highly.

For most of my shipping needs, UPS is the best service for the price. Fast, friendly service and it seemed that the costs associated with shipping my parcels out via UPS were no more than they would have been at the Post Office just a half mile away. I am completely happy to use UPS at less shipping costs. Yes, you guys are AWESOME!

I am very pleased with all my visits to your UPS Store. The service is always welcoming and when you are there; I just say "Hello" and "Goodbye," but I always feel welcomed.

This place is awesome... I have tried some other places in Portland to ship & make copies. I now know why it is consistently voted 'the best". Cool I hear jazzy music for a business but that is the cool part. Great service & staff.. Just go you will quickly see the difference.

Every time I go here the staff is super friendly and the service is quick and efficient. They also go the extra mile - my boyfriend had two packages sent to the ups store by accident and one of the staff members found him on Facebook and notified him, instead of just sending the packages back. these guys are pretty awesome.

This place is where I buy stamps, get things fax for personal reason, mail out gifts, invitation and holiday cards to my friends and family. The UPS store get things done for me on the Holidays and regular days.

The UPS Store is the place to be without the UPS Store, I wouldn't get things done during the day. I always go there on the 15th of every month to get my invoice fax for my work.

The owner does a great job running this joint. The staff is competent and personable, and there are usually enough employees working to handle the number of clients in the store. I do a ton of business here and have no complaints.

I go here a lot to mail and ship various items for my boss and myself. I love the convenience, they are always very friendly and remember me every time I stop in. It is so great to have them box up everything for you. I don't mind paying the extra, it really saves me a lot of time.
