Pet Loft

...and I have highly recommended Pet Loft to many of my friends. I've been shopping at this store for some time...they are friendly, helpful and they treat my dog 'Georgie" as if she's the most important shopper. They've been good about returning calls when I've left messages or if I have asked them to research a particular item...You get what you pay for; however, in most cases, I have found that they are no more expensive then the larger outlet styles. I'm so glad they're here.

I am not sure what happened to the person who first reviewed The Pet Loft. I have to say my experience has been quite different on a consistent basis. All smaller, boutique pet stores charge more for their products because they don't move the volume that, say, PetSmart does. No one who works there has ever been rude to me. The owner worked with us to find a good match for food for both of our dogs and introduced us to frequent buyer deals to help us save money (we are students). They let us bring our abnormally large dogs into the shop to try out their dog beds and have always given us excellent service. Prices were competitive at least when compared to other boutique pet food stores. The Pet Loft has been cheaper than our last pet food store and has a wider selection. I mean, hey, everyone has an off day. I have not known anyone at The Pet Loft to let theirs be a problem. I recommend this place.

My dog is thriving with the help from this shop...the owner has worked with me to find a food that will agree with the Portuguese Water Dog's sometimes sensitive stomachs. Always, extremely helpful and considerate. I've found his pricing OK in most areas...it's worth the location and the always helpful staff.

I have had only negative experiences when shopping at the Pet Loft. The owner is very rude and condesending towards his customers. He is a know it all, that makes you feel stupid, when asking questions. The products that are sold here, are grossly over priced! (from $8-$50)
