I've went directly to this t-mobile store to ask them about the problem i've been having with my cell. during the thrity minute i'm in there, not a single employee meet and greet me. After browsing around, i confronted them with the problem. The guy at the store who base on his appearance does not look a bit professional, and that's the first thing i notice. After talking to him, he said that my phone was not support. So i can not get new replacement phone. How frustrating was that. I also learn that the cheapest cell they have is for $40, or i can get a free phone but i have to switch to an upgrade service that charge me with $59.99 a month. I would say 'switch to a new phone company'

I've had T-Mobile cell phone service for over four years. I think their plans and customer service are the best in the genre. That being said, their retail shops are an absolute waste of time and every time I visit one, I resolve not to go back. The one in Lloyd Center is inadequately staffed and the employees they do hire are rude and abrupt. Expect long wait times and to be shoved aside if the phone rings. Existing customers are treated like second-class citizens (I imagine this is because there is little incentive to help us; the real money being in getting someone to sign a new contract). If you love aggravation, then rush into one of T-Mobiles shops, otherwise skip them and use the wonderful folks at 800-TMOBILE.
