DISHONEST.. BEWARE OF FINANCE MANAGER SCAMS.
We wanted to purchase an Altima and I did tons of research on the internet. Nissan runs specials during holidays and special events. I found an internet special online and made an appointment to go see the car. When I got there the salesman said he had it washed and ready for me but they sold it 5 minutes ago but that he had two of them in stock. He didn't. After much haggling he sold us a different model from their stock and for a much more expensive car. The Finance manager, Scott McViney, did the paperwork and sold us an extended warranty for it. After we went home I checked out the warranty and decided to cancel it. We sent him a signed fax which he would not accept. We went in the next day and signed the cancellation paperwork. He said it would take as long as 90 days. He stuck it in a drawer and did nothing. It has been 100 days and nothing. Not only that but he informed us that the dealership was sold to Carr Auto Group and so it was not his problem now. He obviously wanted the commission on it so he held on to it knowing the dealership was selling. When we called him he kept putting it off on NMAC finance. WATCH YOUR STEP WITH THIS LIAR!!!!

Here's the deal. I went in and test drove a car I liked the car so I put in an offer. The offer was rejected as it was a lowball offer. After sleeping on it, I called up Beaverton Nissan and put in another offer. The person I dealt with said he would talk to his manager and call me back. He called me back and said they accepted my offer. I drove in and when they sat me down they started to change the offer and back out. They kept trying to get me to change the deal. I was very frustrated at this point. Why would you accept my offer on the phone and then reject it when I get down in person. That is a very shady practice. I was so angry that I left the dealership and went and bought another car that I had driven the night before, that I didn't like as much. Thinking back on the situation, if they would have rejected my offer on the phone, I probably would have thought about it and realized that I still wanted the car and revised my offer. Instead because they used shady aggressive tactics, I didn't get a car that I really wanted and they didn't sell the car. I have been telling everyone I know about this experience and how harrowing it was. A really unfortunate experience over all.

We just purchased a new car through Beaverton Nissan and I was very impressed. I have sold cars in the past and most lots will not let you leave, especially if you have been on a test drive, until they have 'turned' you (brought another sales person in) at least once. Salesmen can catch a lot of crap from management if they don't turn a customer and let them walk. Daryl at Beaverton Nissan had no trouble with that, he was very informative and helpful to include finding us the car we wanted with the options we wanted and had it brought down from Longview WA. Negotiations (even after the credit manager was brought in) went pretty well considering I had my price and they had theirs, they moved a lot and we put the deal together. We got our car and so far the wife (it's her car) is very happy.

Just got back from a little gathering, customer orientation event they have once a month to help new customers which was also very informative. Look forward to a long relationship, who knows maybe even another car in the future.

Pros, low pressure, easy to negotiate with, so far all above board and honest.

We mentioned from the beginning that we were just shopping and want to look around. The manager became rude and unfriendly when we were walking out the door and we heard him cursing after we left!! We like the new Murano but if we decide to go there we will never buy it from Beaverton Nissan.

I walked in and found the car of my dreams in no time. Now Im the proud owner of a 2011 Altima. I just love this car.The 4-cylinder engine gets almost 30 mpg! The body styling is sharp. Leather seats, moon roof, etc I couldnt be happier with this car or the dealer I bought it from.

I located my "dream car" on the internet at Beaverton Nissan. I emailed for more information and received a call back from Melanie, their internet sales manager, within five minutes. I also received an email response from one of their sales people at another one of their dealerships within a half hour. Unusual, since I'd emailed several dealers over the past three weeks for more information on a car and never received a response...ever. It made me wonder why have an emailing for more information feature if they never check or respond. This renewed my faith in at least one dealership's emailing tool. Since I live in Olympia, I set up an appointment to see the car the next day. When I got there, the car was available and, though used, certified and in perfect condition. The negotiating process was fair and the staff was flexible and friendly. Also, the car I purchased was sale priced at around $5000 under blue book, which made the whole deal even more appealing. In three weeks of constant searching for this car at a price I was comfortable with and the features I needed, this was the best car I found at the best price. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership.

After getting charged for a service, I explained that I had the service contract and they informed me that what I had was a warranty that covered exactly what the new car warranty did plus roadside assistance. I was impressed initially with their very friendly non-pressure approach. I made it very clear what I needed financially, and was reassured that would be met. I was told about discounts and rebates but not in the true context. I was mislead about the MSRP. This all came out at the moment I was to sign papers, when I questioned it,,there was a lot of number shifting to try to explain. When I left, I ended up paying more than MSRP, did not get the rebates promised and even more disturbing payed more cash down that left me unable to purchase a car for my daughter. They were told of my needs and expectations and promised it would work. I left with the car, signed with my credit union after the fact and in the end I payed more than needed and now have to find a way to get an additonal car with out the resources I needed.

Bottom line, they are dishonest and do what they can to confuse the buyer. Do not buy there. I am sorry. Love the car but most certainly got screwed.

I would not recommend this place. I went to buy a used older car, and they just cant seem to get it together. You spend HOURS there going round and round, and they refuse to let you walk away. Once going home and using a online auto caculator, the $$$ monthly payment they gave me and what I found out online is a differnce of $75.00 a month! I would rather walk than buy a car from this place. The only good thing was the sales guy, forget the managers!!

After spending about 5 hours with a sales person running back and forth to his "boss", I finnally left the place with what I told them I wanted 4 hours earlier. I leased an Altima with the understanding that I could turn it in at any time and not have to pay ANYTHING. That is why I put so much money down. I now want to turn in my POS car, but I have to pay out the lease. They lied to me!!! Now they are telling me that I can trade in my car for another one of their over priced cars. I will never go back there. We have many choices in this area, do not make Beaverton Nissan an option. They will screw you.
