If there was a rating of ZERO starts I would have chose it for this business. Marie was my family's agent for over 7 years. Though we had no accidents or tickets on our records she continued to charge us high risk rates. Each time our renewal came due she would make up some excuse as to why we couldn't get to the discounted rates. When I finally did shop rates her policy was DOUBLE the price of most of the company quotes I recieved. When I called to cancel our policy she was able to bring our rates down to match the other offers, but this was far too late, the damage was already done. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
