This is a cute little British import shop with a tea room. Any non perishable food items from England can be found here as well as a few perishables that are in the freezer. Sit down in the tea room and enjoy a cup or pot of tea with a light snack or lunch

Wonderful store. Should be a shrine for all Anglophiles. Staff are terrific, and it's about the only place you can depend on to have stores of British food. A must-visit place.

I go to this store for my mother as she is Scottish and always wants something from this store. She loves the oatmeal here and the biscuits. I like going into this store to see the different things there. The employees there are great also.

This is a delightful teahouse and gift shop. Stop by for tea, and then browse all the foods, teas, linens, and china. They carry a large amount from Great Britain, as well as elsewhere. You can find food and candies that you wouldn't be able to find in the regular grocery.

I have been going to Lady Di's since 2002. I am instantly relaxed when I step inside. The staff are always nice and friendly. I love going here for sandwiches, scones, and tea. Make sure to make a reservation if you're going for tea and/or lunch, especially on Saturday.

Pros: Staff, ambiance, relaxation, food, tea

Cons: Lack of seating

As an old Brit I have shopped at this store for 15+ years. The current owner and staff are "luverly", friendly and oh so helpful (as was the prior owner). No store can stock everything that everyone wants but Lady Di's stock just about everything a Brit could desire (even that wonderfully sinfull Turkish Delight for Xmas). The bacon, whether it be Irish or Danish, is out of this world and I am really surprised my American friends are not rushing to outlaw this streaky "stuff" the supermarkets sell as bacon. The Tea Room side of the business needs no additional praise, just try it and you'll love it. Considering the costs of shipping and complications of importing, the prices of the goods for sale are very fair in my opinion.
Cheers y'all.......

Pros: The current owner and staff.....wonderful folk.

Cons: None really, unless you have to have multi storey parking.

This place lovely. I'm from Blackpool, England myself and it is like a little taste of my childhood for me. The owners and employees are all very personable and the prices are not as high as many import stores. I will surely come back again.

I take exception to the person disappointed by the selection here. They missed the point!

This shop carries a very good selection of Quality British items such as tea, jams, teapots, bacon (not the American version, which is called "Streaky Bacon" by my friends from the UK), crisps, tea cozys, etc, etc.

They also have authentic Tea Room menu offerings, with excellant hot tea, lovely finger sandwiches, fluffy scones, clotted cream and jam, to name a few. The ambiance is lovely, as is the staff and the service. Best of all, their prices are quite reasonable and I do quite a bit of gift shopping there, not to mention stocking up on my favorite tea (Yorkshire Gold) which is very difficult to find elsewhere.

I look forward to my next cream tea and a bit of shopping there! Long live the Queen of British Tea Shops! If you prefer your shopping experience to come from a warehouse, steer clear of this experience! :)

Sure this place may not have a wide array like World market but at World Market can you buy the really good stuff???
I have hunted high and low for Irn Bru, Scottish Country Store sells it but usually it is close to its expiration date. Lady Di's has Bru that doesn't expire for another few months and it stocks the greatest bacon you could ever eat. Chocolate, tea, bacon, pies, suasage rolls, Bru, Robinsons, Buttons, sometimes crisps, Lucozade and even Dettol (I have some really bad memories of that!)
I shall definitely be returning to Lady Di's. Sure if I need a wider choice of curry paste i will use one of the Indian stores on the west side but as long as their is Bru on the shelf I have no complaints.

Lady's Di is a *must* visit if you're looking for anything which you miss from Britian from tea to toiletries, biscuits to packet sauces, sweets to cakes, jams to pickles. Right now, they have an amazing selection of Christmas goods (cakes, mince pies, crackers) etc. So delighted to discover a place like this in the area, it reminds me of a village corner shop in the UK. One of the positive things I noticed, the "Best Before" dates are far out (2007, 2008 and 2009 etc). I can't believe it has taken me 5 years to find this place!

Cost Plus World Market has a better array of British foodstuffs... this place definitely does not have a wide array. Grocery items are in area no bigger than a walk-in pantry, and many items had only one each on the shelf. Doubtful I'll go back.

What a delight to find this charming little shop brimming with everything you ever wanted from Britain. Enormous choice of food and gifts and a lovely tea room with deliciously genuine food. Even the owner is British!
