Bellagios Pizza Beaverton

Did I mention lack of customer service? After I was rushed through selecting my pizza and PAYING for it over the phone I was told by the haughty employee that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my pizza... even though I live barely a mile away. He hung up before I could ask him why it would take that long.\r

Its not just that this Bellagios is understaffed, the workers there are obviously new and don't give a rip about customer experience.\r

The only reason why Bellagios gets one star is because their pizza is actually good. I'll be looking for a better pizza place because I don't like to reward piss poor service.

I tried order pizza on the phone on weekday. first time, the person said, hold just a few mins. I said, ok. but they hung on me. I throught it was just mistake. and I called again. same thing. asked me to hold and hung up on me. and I call with different phone. and again they hung up on me.\r
they need to have better service on the phone. on one oreder pizza when they get in the store and wait for 30 and 40 mins.. we like to pick up when it's ready.

My husband and I ordered from here for the first time. We ordered a small side salad, a large Butcher Block Pizza, BBQ Wings, and two pints of Haaggen-Daz ice cream. Delivery was friendly and within the timelines given. Salad was great with lots of crisp greens and veggies, nothing that looked questionable, wings were tender and delicious, and pizza better than most in the area. Huge! We still have 1/2 of it in the fridge for yet another day! I would definitely recommend them!
