The people in this office from the Doctors to "the lady at the counter", aka Ruby, are the kindest most caring compassionate people in the business! I would never take one of my "babies" anywhere else.

The Doctors are great! The staff is bad.The front counter lady
is rude and the people are all alike. They like most Vets
require payment when services are performed is OK
but if it wasn't for Dr. Suzie I would not go there. She is
great but staff needs to be fired.

i first met Dr Osburn many years ago from my mother who has been going to him when he was in Reedsport,Oregon since then i tested him and made him my vet and he and his crew have taken care of many of my animals for the last 20 years. they have been there when i needed them and they have also hugged me and had a tear in their eye when i have had to put a loved one down. The vets and people that work there are awesome and are for the animal too. they are very special people.

We moved to Florence about 2 yrs. ago. We brought our elderly family pets with us. (Of Course) Last year our 13 yr. old Lab had a stroke early in the morning and needed to be laid to rest. We hadn??t a need for vet services since we had come to town so our pets were not established with a Vet in town. I looked in the phone book and called the first place. "We don't have the time to take care of your dog today" was the response I got when I told them our predicament. ??but he is suffering? I responded. ??sorry there is nothing available today?. I called the next place in the phone book (Osburn??s). The person answering the phone took down all the information and said she would call me right back. She did, she said come in right away and we will help you. We drove up to the clinic and the Dr. and an assistant came out to the SUV. They said they were sorry, if they new he was such a big boy they would have come out to our home. He was laid to rest compassionately in the back of our rig on his favorite blanket. They were extremely comforting. We even received a Sympathy card in the mail. This year over the 4th of July weekend, our 20 yr. Old cat decided it was time for him to leave us. I called Osburn??s. It was after hours but they took down the information and a Dr. called me back. ??Come right in?, she said. ??I am on my way to go camping but I will meet you at the clinic. We arrived and the Dr. was there waiting for us. She checked our beloved family member and reassured us that it was time for him to go. Once again extremely compassionate followed by a Sympathy card in the mail. We are empty nesters now but someday when we are ready to add a new member to our household. Osburn??s is the only place we will go. By the way, they never charged us a dime.

I have been using Osborn clinic for years and take my many animals to them. I took my newest puppy to them for shots. Today was to be the last in a series of shots and was to only be $18. The night before she had been shaking her head. I cleaned her ears but asked the vet to look at the ear. This took less than a minute. Imagine my surprise when my vet bill was well over $80. $18 for the shot, $23 for the medicine and $39 for the 20 second exame. That would be $120 a hr. Sadly I work part time for minimum wage at a local casino. With my six animals I take there on a regular basis it has dawned on me that $120 a minute is to pricey for my blood. I thought MD were expensive but Osborns has proved that wrong.

When I came into the clinic it was neat, clean, and the staff was all very friendly. And the prices are at LEAST $10 cheaper than any other vet in the area. I took my four month old red heeler in for his first visit to get his Parvo shot and flea medicine. The staff did a wonderful job and treated him so kindly. You could really tell that they cared about him and what he needed and when he needed it. I got my first appointment in less than a week. They even have a poster for a dog of the month and a cat of the month. At first my dog was uneasy being in a new place with all the scary smells, but when we went in to see the vet, he eased up very well and even gave her a kiss after he got his shot. I dont think I could ever bring myself to go to another vet.
