DO NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL!! I had nothing but problems with them. The truck that I rented was unsafe and unreliable!! The worst part is they refused to give me a refund. They actually had the nerve to offer me V.I.P. credits for another piece of their equipment on my next move. The worst move that I have ever had because of U-Haul. Their motto is "We Make Moving Easier," yeah right!!

I watched the manager scream at a client and then throw something at his head. He was very angry over a really small issue. He scared me and I left. I will never go back to that u-haul.
